Horrendous service. I was a couple minutes late and upon arrival I was told that I was “naughty”. We asked if there was any chance to be seated outside and was told that I would have to find a table outside myself and that my table was inside so to sit down. We clearly had questions about the menu (plate sizes, how many to share etc) and questions about the tasting but when the waiter came over he started getting angry that we were unsure of our orders yet. We started to order and some of our party were still deciding because they had questions and he leant over the table at us said okay come on I need your orders now. The most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had.

Wonderful wine tasting. The owners were a wonderful couple who took us through all their amazing wines. Lovely roaring fire and great ambience.

The entire experience at this little cellar door is sublime! Staff were lovely, the wine was divine and the coffee came with a dog. Bonus - it is dog friendly!

Lovely little venue, looking over their pretty and edible gardens. The staff are both pleasant and knowledgeable. The café menu is light and enjoyable. Well worth the drive and the stop.

Absolutely love this cellar door! Beautiful atmosphere and delicious wines. Colby was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend having a chat to him if you are interested in the complexities of wine.

The best cellar door experience in the Canberra region. Lovely Autumn setting, crackling fireplace, great food and wines. Aspen was a wonderful host.

Really disappointing experience with the service at Gundog. Staff were super inattentive; we had to clear our own table, walk to the counter to ask for service after waiting 15 mins, ask for table water and wine glasses. We ordered food that never showed up, followed up on the food after 30 mins, then after waiting 1.5 hrs asked to cancel the food because we were about to leave. The wine tasting took 1.5 hrs for two people and the staff left wine bottles on our table to pour ourselves instead of coming back to serve us. We could see the staff standing in the kitchen talking for a lot of the time and only a third of the tables were occupied.
Really disappointing as the wines and location are amazing and I’d love to go back again if the service improves.

Beautiful little place for wine and lunch. Gardens are cute and the food is directly from the Grazing kitchens too. Wine is very good and staff are super friendly!

Hmm very annoying. Website states that they're open on a Monday until 5pm, we rock up at 4pm, place is closed up completely. There were multiple groups of people all here trying to get in so we all bonded over our disappointment.

I adore the beautiful old, rustic building that Gundog is in, & the range of wines for tasting is fantastic.

My husband and I along with two friends called into the Gundog Estate to check the place out. Believe me when I say you have to go. The welcome was fantastic and the staff were just great. I recommend this place so please go you will enjoy every moment.

Gorgeous cellar door with beautiful and interesting wines. Right next door to Grazing at Gundaroo so you can order food from Grazing to accompany your wine or tasting. Just delightful!

Absolutley superb! The decor, selection of wines, beers, and gin make this place a gem. The cellar door staff are highly knowlegable and passionate about Gundog wines. The outdoor area is great for kids too. Looking forward to visiting again!
