The self-guided tour was fantastic, and was at a great price. Remember to go to the visitor centre 1st to get the key and the audio listening device for the jail. To see the full campsite review near this jail, tune into Oz RV travels on YouTube every Thursday night at 6 pm.

Great self guided tour provided by the tourist information centre. Such a nice experience listening to what happened while walking through the creepy empty gaol. Loved it.

A visit to Gundagai Goal for a Ghost tours. What a night with several Ghost hunters and the spirits gave us a great show.

Wonderful old historic Gaol and homestead. The local tourist information centre hires the key with a headset so you can listen to the history of the town, Gaol and it’s prisoners as you walk around the gaol. No need for a guide as this is a self guided tour. Captain Moonlight was kept a prisoner for a short period here after his capture at Wantabadgery before being sentenced elsewhere and is now buried at the nearby North Gundagai cemetery. You also get to tour the old gaol hospital and homestead where the guards slept and stayed.

This is an awesome walk through of the old Jail, go to the information centre in town and hire the head phones and listen to the store of the Jail as you walk through, every door has a number, key in the number as you go, its a must do.
