Growing Outdoors is my absolute favourite hidden gem for plants in the Shire! They have a wider selection than Flower Power, and while they might not look as plush at first, once you plant them, they go wild! Plus, their prices are way cheaper than Flower Power and comparable to those you'd find on Facebook Marketplace from random sellers. The best part is, you don't have to go searching for advice like I always do at Flower Power these guys are always happy to give the best advice. Everything I've bought from Growing Outdoors has thrived in my garden. These guys are awesome, and I love supporting local businesses!

Found Growing Outdoors through their website and it was well worth the visit. Was really after some reasonably price palms to finish off our front yard and they certainly had a few to choose from. Lots of helpful advice from Pat who did not seem to mind our endless questions and who helped with our selection. Managed to pick up a few pots while we were there to make it a great day out. Plants are doing great!

Surprisingly great selections of plants and I ended up purchasing a few from Pat who is very helpful, giving lots of advice and making sure that I know how to look after these trees when I got them home. Highly recommend them!

Bought a finger lime from this place after much looking around. These plants are hard to find and even the bigger nurseries are often out of stock. Tony and his wife gave me some great advice and were very attentive to my specific needs. The tree is looking great.

Hands down the best value for quality plants and gardening products in Sydney.and I've shopped at a lot of places! Everything from Indoor, outdoor, fruit trees, tropical, hedging varieties, succulents, cactus and more. Also their range of pots and planters are the best prices around with soil mixes to boot.
I would recommend them to any fellow professional gardener, landscaper or just your regular green thumb. A genuine nursery with out the unnecessary bells and whistles.

Plants need to be labelled as they mostly aren't. Same with prices. Expensive for the type and quality of plants

Just wanted to comment on the service I got from Elmo on last Saturday’s visit. He probably is the best nursery worker I’ve ever seen. He’ll definitely make me visit your nursery again tho 1 hour travel time from my place. Good knowledge and advice and great people skills. He’s really helpful with choosing what I wanted and so handy with loading them in my car and securing it properly.
He gets two thumbs up and 5star from me

Purchased some great palms from the nursery last week and they really make my garden come alive. The advice I received helped a lot in working out what was right for my garden and best way to keep my new plants healthy. Prices were also lower than expected for the quality of the plants.
Will definitely be going back for more.

They advertise healthy looking plants and send you dead ones. When I asked for a refund they claimed the plants were healthy and called me a liar.
