Finance Broker - Started using this lender for commercial loans in May 2023.5 applications sent, 5 approved and 5 settled. 100% acceptance and take up even with some challenging deals.

Fast turn around times and great service from the internal team especially Raman Wadhwa and Michael Trinh.

Never have I ever seen such an incompetent Finance company
Poor Communication skills and even poorer customer service
I don't recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and simple Finance company

My experience in hard times due to covid and my company shutting down has been less than satisfactory UNTIL I spoke to Louise who was sympathetic to my plight. Louise has taken my situation under consideration and removed the person who had no compassion from my file. My only regret is I should have called sooner because no one deserves to be treated so callously and the company needs to adress their staff - in short they can't fix what they don't know. My lesson from this is not to wait so long and think you can't talk to someone else and dont be afraid to ask for help. Louise has been outstanding in her customer care and is a true reflection of how customers should be treated in hard times and hence the new 4 star review. This will be updated once my contract ends to 5 stars as I am sure dealing with someone with compassion will make all the difference.
