15Very concerning after sales service. Poor response time and make excuses for delays. Mostly looks and thrives on scapegoats. Can't wait for the contract to finish.
Terrible customer service.
I definitely would not trust this company. If you do intend to go with this company please have everything in writing in the contract. They will sweet talk saying they will do everything and once it's signed, they wont do anything even slightly outside the contract.
Sold us printers with printer trays that didn't stack/ we not compatible and proceeded to charge us in full even those the trays could not be used. We aren't well versed in printers and we weren't given a warning that they would not be able to be stacked. We we just sold trays because we asked for extra trays.
Oh and they delivered these trays 8 months (still waiting) after beginning contract, due to warehouse shortages, but still charged us in full for those 8 months.
I'd pay the slight extra for a management print service that will actually provide you quality care as it is definitely not worth the headache of the money we saved.

EDIT: Paramount have delivered trays now. They have taken this review seriously and have tried start on new terms with a new deal. However this deal was unfavourable and not nearly at the same value for money as the original. It was nice to see they were trying to take the reviews seriously and try and rectify the situation.
Our copier is not up to speed. Our copies are now very expensive. Need to be aware of the increase in cost of colour copies. Our colour copy cost was increased by over 90% per colour copy on the service plan that was so kindly arranged for us. Grab a calculator and add that to your printing budget - that's heaps. Now not viable to use the copier as we want to. Still paying for it to sit there. Always read T & C's for the tiny small print. So disappointed in this. Definitely recommend people get independant legal advice before signing any documents.the cost per copy increases that are imposed are without notice and are definitely not base on cpi or interest rates or any calculations I can find. Being so professional Steve has given my business a negative review. What’s to talk about we have already discussed this and emailed also. We expect to pay our contracted price as most people would. Just fix the 90% unrealistic price hike.

I ORGANISED A SECOND MEETING ON BEN'S REQUEST WITH NO MENTION SIGNING THE CONTRACT, HOWEVER DURING THE MEETING AND EVEN AFTER HE KEPT FALSELY PUTTING MY NAME AND WHEN REQUESTED EVIDENCE NEVER RESPONDED BACK.
The entire process of dealing with Paramount exceeded my expectations. I ordered a new photocopier after dealing with a troublesome supplier for my gambling company, needless to say we have been nothing but impressed.
