I visited Gregory Jeweller’s at Parramatta recently and I found every member of their staff very grounded and a real pleasure to deal with. In this instance, I interacted with Marina (staff member) and Dennis (store manager) both of whom I find quite approachable. They both have excellent knowledge of the products in the store and seem to be happy to impart knowledge of their products without the sales pitch. Now that’s commitment!
