Had a fantastic experience purchasing my partners engagement ring at Gregory Jewellers Miranda. Jessica and the team went out of their way to make it feel special each time I visited or contacted them. They provided great technical advice, ordered in diamond specs that suited my partner’s ‘hints’ for me to choose from and then built a spectacular ring that she was very pleased with. Highly recommend getting in touch with the team at Gregory’s Jewellers Miranda.

Used to really like Gregory Jewellers up until 1 hour ago. Miranda store staff are horrible (not all but you know who you are), We have purchased 5 watches over the years from their Bondi Jct store which has always been a wonderful experience. But the one watch, a Tudor which was a gift and not purchased though Gregory, they tried to charge me $89 to send it away under warranty, even when Tudor advised me that I should NOT be charged by anyone to send the timepiece away under warranty, yet the manage wasted 30 mins of my time trying to rip me off $89, even when I said I've been a customer of yours and a loyal one for a long time. At first she didn't even care what I was saying until I got visibly upset then she only started to make some.little effort and took my watch to a back room, spent 20 mins there then another lady came out and said she cannot assist. It's $89 and no option. Now forcing me to travel to the cbd to have the watch repaired under warranty. Right in front of me they tried to rip off another customer $150 just to polish a gold ring, fact it doesn't cost that much and there are other more credible jewellers in the centre who will do it for much less.
Anyway, thank you Gregory Miramda staff for the worst service I have ever encountered from a supposedly high end Jeweller.
You had a customer for life, never again, absolutely disgusted in this store staffs service.
Don't buy from these guys unless you want sub par service. Go to a different store.

Gregory’s jewlers were so easy to deal with, we were always made to feel welcome through our multiple visits. Nothing was a problem, always remembered both my partners and myself names.
Good old fashion service which is rear these days.
And a special thanks to Maryanne, who was amazing in making our choice of engagement ring and delivered on time when she promised.
Will be recommending this store and staff hands down.

Before buying an expensive watch (like a Tag Carrera) I did a lot of research. I can happily say that my initial discussion with Maryanne demonstrated that she knew her products well. As a consequence I felt very confident in proceeding with a purchase. Julia was very helpful in adjusting and demonstrating the watch features.

I i would just like to take the time to say what a pleasant experience i had at Gregory's miranda. I dealt with julia who was more than helpful and so friendly. I got my ring repaired and it came back absolutely sparkling, like a brand new ring i was so impressed. Also the time in which it was repaired was so fast. I had my two kids with me aswell and Julia and also the other staff members were so friendly and attentive to them it was lovely.they didn't have to stop what they were doing to give them any attention at all. It meant alot. Julia even remembered their names wen i went to pick up my ring!
