Went in today to have a squizz at a watch. Andrew was so knowledgeable and helpful, and we felt really comfortable with no pressure at all. As Andrew was able to sort out a great deal, we made the purchase and are really happy with the service Andrew provided and the overall experience in store.

Andrew, the jeweler who attended to me at Gregory Jewellers Chatswood, was very easy to deal with. He was both professional and courteous.

Called up to enquire about the Tudor Pelagos 39mm, Andrew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Went in store the next day and was greeted by Jojo & Louisa who helped me purchase the watch and size it up for me.

Will definitely come back to Gregory Jewellers @ Chatswood!

Jojo was extremely helpful with finding our perfect engagement ring. She was able to find and secure a diamond we liked which was well priced. We would highly recommend visiting the store, we will definitely be back to see Jojo!

The staff members there were totally nice to me at the time I visited this place. I also greatly appreciate their polite attitude towards me and the fact that they were willing to answer my questions to the best of their abilities.

However, it is a serious concern to me that some people have given this store a 1-star rating, despite them working so hard. I am pretty sure this stores deserves 5 out of 5 for the star rating. However, I have still got quite a few questions which I am yet to release.

Louisa was great and very helpful assisting us finding the right piece. We are very happy with the pair of rings purchased, customer service experience was great. Would absolutely come again for my next new piece.

I had an excellent shopping experience at Gregory chatswood shop recently. I bought a Tudor watch by pre-ordering sometime in advance. The shop assistant manager Jojo has closely following up the order and informed when ready to pick up. The shop assistant manager Jojo is also very helpful to adjust watch bracelet, and guide on how to wind and adjust time etc. Overall, it is a great shopping. Highly recommended!
