Some patients just turn up asking for drugs of addiction. When they do not get the drug, they threaten to write malacious comments on the internet.

Some patients have seen only one GP and many people have never seen a GP, generalised and commented on all other GPs they have never seen.

Many malicious comments are being closely monitored and appropriate actions will be taken as soon as enough evidence is acquired.

Most GPs are quite kind and helpful. They love to make you feel better ASAP!

Every time I’ve come to this place in the past the doctors are very old and their attitude shows they do not want to be there anymore. They have dismissed serious issues that other practitioners have easily picked up. I stopped going there but had to return unfortunately due to a workplace injury and wow I did not except the place to go even further downhill. I had a work cover appointment at 9 then was called after 9 on the day of the booking saying the doctor didn’t bother turning up and he’ll be there at 12 and to my surprise it’s 12 and his not here lol to top it all off receptionist was very rude, bright future ahead for her

Rude and unprofessional receptionist ever don't deal with this place my friend was thrown out literally as they thought he had covid embarrassing and yelling to get out in a room with other patients they do not pass on messages to your dr who the he'll do they think are

Dr Anwarul Islam, 3rd time I have seen him, each time dismissed me after only 3 minutes in his room. One time I waited 2 hours for first available only to get him and get dismissed from his office after only 3 minutes. Would consistently interrupt me whenever I asked questions regarding my health.

I asked for simple tests to be performed on me (temperature, stethoscope) instead told me no and essentially eyeballed it.

Horrible doctor with a horrible attitude, do not understand how he still has a medical license

I had to get an urgent script just as the medical center was closing. The receptionist (Chelsea) was so lovely and made the effort to get me through. It was really so kind and appreciated!

If you want good news no matter what the issue is, this is the place to go to. The doctors are so clueless they always say "there's nothing wrong, it'll go away". So useless and arrogant

I wish there was a zero rating also. I was booked in to see a first available and we ended up receiving a text to see Dr Soe Win. It took us 4 minutes after receiving the text to be outside his door only to hear when he opened the door two minutes later that we were too late and that we have to rebook. He wouldn’t even allow me to explain that because of my 7year old daughter’s gastro we were in the toilet and made our way back to the door as soon as we got the text. Unbelievably unprofessional and really poor behaviour from a Doctor and the practice. That is also the last time my entire family will attend.

I literally come here to see a doctor for a minute to get things signed or scripts filled.

I wait from one hour to two hours each time.

The app is a bit of a joke for the older generation.

I dislike how people can skip you and see a doctor faster if they pay an extra fee.

A very efficient medical centre with great staff on board to help the needs of patients.
Had an appointment with Dr Soe Win very in depth consultation about my son and his health. Absolutely amazing and just so happy got my answers got a plan for his recovery.
The reception staff was absolutely formal, committed and has great communication skills to understand what is needed for the patient.
I will be returning to this medical centre 100%.

The worst medical centre in the area. I only come here to see Dr Munday as she is great but the medical centre and the way it is run is a joke. The receptionists have no customer service skills and no compassion and most of the time have no idea what is going on.

Went in today to see GP that was meant to be scheduled on but she was not in and they had no idea what happened as she was scheduled to be on but now is not there and has “disappeared and they can’t do anything about it and can’t help”- fair enough she has checked out but surely staff should be aware of this before I had to bring it to their attention that she is not showing up on the app.

What kind of medical centre makes all patients check in through an app, is it that hard for the receptionist to check someone in and the way they announce it to patients that they need an app to check in is rude. Surely this is not an option for all patients!

The practice manager needs to re evaluate policies and procedures as what is in place is not working and maybe work on making staff more competent, ensuring patients are content and the practice is run to a higher standards.

I’d rather sit in Campbelltown ED on a Friday night for 12 hours sitting between two feuding junkies than go here again. It’s like factory farming but for Medicare billing. Dr Shamsuddan, Dr Khan & Dr Islam didn’t go into the profession to help people, they went into it for clout and cash. Our poor JMOs are overworked as it is and all these sorry excuses for GPs do write referrals to get out of actually caring for their patients. This nonsense from primary health providers really defeats the entire purpose of primary health. The doctors here will not attempt to do anything other than write referrals and ignore your concerns and pain. To top it off, upon requesting medical records for transfer they demanded $66 to do so. I’d like to see how they calculated that amount because in no universe is that a reasonable charge for healthcare records.

Worst ever! Dr OL O showed no interest what so ever and ask no questions. Was bed ridded the preivious day and needed a dr cert to cover the previous and next couple of days but he showed no care and was only willing to give a cert for the day I saw him. No care factor and not enough knowledge and experience to be giving care to the public.

The new app they have in use isn’t that great. It’s good for people who know how to use it but i feel really sorry for the older people trying to use it. The receptionists who try to help the older people sign up get so angry and frustrated with them, and if you’re not a member on the app then they will charge you? Everyone has to use the app, even though it’s just a medical centre and no receptionists will sign anyone in to see a doctor - have to use the app. I don’t have a problem with the app, it’s the receptionists who treat customers poorly because they don’t know how to use it

This medical centre is all about numbers they don't care about the patients. They gave doctors that you would need an interpreter to understand them. I have one doctor send me to a specialist who does not even deal with the problem I had. They now make you down load an app and join there free membership or you have to pay a fee to see the doctor. If you want yo see a doctor who speaks English you can be waiting hours or you can pay for a higher membership and ju p.the que.

A great experience. I’m really grateful for the receptionist Chelsea as she’s really kind and helpful!

The only centre to be spot on with the treatment needed for a chronic issue I had. Very impressed and waiting times weren’t long at all. Thank you Dr Hasan in particularly.

First time visit and found the attitude towards children from the Doctor we saw to be absolutely appalling. I noticed the reviews were quite poor but thought I would give the benefit of a doubt and I deeply regret my decision. I suggest anyone who needs to visit a GP in that area to travel a little further down the road to any of the other Medical Centres.

I'm so blown away by the receptionist there, having the ability and knowledge in medical and always giving professional advice with a smile, love the intelligence displayed and genuinely how down to earth she is

They have the most stupid booking system. I came in and checked in for a specific dr and i was 3rd in line. 1 hour later i checked with the receptionist and i became 8th in line. The reason was other checked in for first available dr. How is it possible if i am 3rd in line be pushed back if others ask for first available! That dr already has patients waiting. What is this idiotic booking system!
Not logical at all. Waiting at hospital ER takes less time than this centre.
