Do not use this firm. I used them to design and approve a new sewer connection and they made things very difficult for us and I had the impression they were threatening not to approve the connection unless we used their services for the installation. They delayed the approval and wasted countless hours of my architect and plumber. Their installation quote was massively above that of my plumber. The experience was the closest thing to a scam I have come across in a trade service provider.

Don't get ripped off. My builder referred me to them and Greg Houston plunging quotes me minimum $900 for a standard stormwater test and they said could be more up to $2000.
Got other quotes and got the job done for $200 without issue. $200.
These guys Rip-off price because they thought I'd just go with them since my builder asked me too. These guys are like scammers. Zero trust.

Greg Houston Plumbing act on behalf of Sydney Water they cannot be trusted, they draw up plans approve the work and when building is to take place they will say further work has to be done. They did this with me and wanted $5200 to encase a sewer they had co ordinates and approved. Had I not threatened legal action I was going to be ripped off. Today at the building site they came and put a second sewage connection costing over $3000 which is not necessary. To top it off they dug up the gas line after five minutes work. Seems they have never heard of dial before you dig.
Avoid them or get ripped off.
