4Never been there, but it looks like the most luxurious place to live. I always cry when I look at the penthouse, it’s a real architectural masterpiece.
Never buy a property from Greenland. We bought in January 2021 and 2 years later still have defects that have not been rectified. They promise you they will get fixed and never follow through and have the worst customer service.
Mediocre the way the concierge spoke to a girl who delivered food this afternoon she rang the tenant's doorbell and told her here is the delivery of food for the apartment he failed to respect it by putting her out of the establishment and he came out, he pushed her bike and told her that she had nothing to do here she started to tell him several times respect me I am a human being after all and when this concierge in the blue suit saw some customers manage to start entering the establishment as if nothing had happened, this is unacceptable. I invite the director of this establishment to view the cameras, it is a scandal and in this type of residence this should not happen. It's a shame for this poor girl who just making a delivery is her job and there are no sub-jobs, all jobs respect each other, a concept that this concierge doesn't know.
