If you just want to talk to someone without continuity this is your place. If you want to work through your issues and learn how to implement contextualised strategies rather than generic information you can google, go somewhere else.
I have anxiety an I find I am required to prompt for how to apply strategies that are then offered with no substance. Prices have gone up with less service and bedside manor, plus it's months between availabilities.
