Always great service here no matter which doctor you see. We have been going for a fair few years now even though we have a doctor that is closer, just because of the level of service, expertise and attention they provide. They also have very experienced doctors in child health which is great if you have little ones need to see a doctor that specifically understands child health.

Second time coming in for checkups and medical issues and Dr Katherine has just been amazing. She's very kind and listens to your concerns and then further elaborates treatments or answers when needed. By far the most hospitable GP I've ever had!

29 years of doctor appointments and this was the smoothest, and comfortable experience I’ve had at a doctors office. Doctor Phil Orme was very kind and knowledgeable!

Quickest appointment- with ease and comfort. Went in for an iron infusion- the kind lady assisting with the infusion was amazing and made sure that I was comfortable and explained everything in detail.

The gentleman at the reception was polite and friendly!

Dr Angela Hurley is fantastic. Very calm, professional, thorough and we're grateful to have her as our family doctor for nearly 3 years now.

My first time at this center and I was treated by Dr John-Alec Tynan. He is vert friendly and with an incredible quality of attention. I highly recommend the place.

I have opted out from comms and left the practice. They are calling me every other day to come in. I have already visited another clinic for results but they won't stop harrassing me. Their tone on the phone lacks professionalism.

Great clinic Both me and my wife have been going there for 5 years and we were always satisfied with the level of care we got.

I've seen three different female GPs and they've all been excellent. This is the best GP practice I've been to as they actually pay attention, read the notes from your last visit and take care. They are also on time which is a nice change from my former GP that would sometimes be an hour late and regularly was 30-45 minutes late.

Dr Higgins was incredibly professional and thorough. He took the time to listen to me and provided useful advice.

I have been attending this practice for nearly 10yrs now and have never been late once - yet have sat through literally hours of waiting time for delayed appointments over the years - I'm unable to charge them for being late.constantly.

I'm late by 15mins and I'm slugged $90 standing inside and empty waiting room. After telling them i was running late the admin staff still told me to come in even though there were no appointments available wasting my time again during a workday. I wish I could charge them $90 for every time my previous appointments have been delayed.i'd be retired and probably a lot healthier.

Prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars - but I'm appalled at the fees I've just been charged for what feels like pure greed and process.

I had very very good experience esp with Dr John-Alec Tynan also the female receptionist who worked on29th march 23 and also female nurse again on the same day. They are above my expectation and helped me so much I don’t know how much I would have to say thank you…. Even this clinic need to pay out of pocket fee, so much care you will receive therefore it worse.thank you so much.

Incredibly positive experience and a rare sense that Dr. Phillip Orme really cares.very thorough without being over the top. Very reassuring to know that there are medical professionals willing to go the extra mile.

Dr D and his team really cares about their patients and it shows in every detail; from the layout of the facilities to the way he takes blood pressure (playing gentle music in a dark room).

A great professional health clinic. While they don't bulk bill, their services are worth it. A very tidy, clean clinic and the doctor that took care of me was professional, friendly and made me feel at home. Think I've found my new GP.

I was keen to switch my family to this practice because of its evidence-based protocols for mitigating the risk of transmission of airborne infections. There are large air purifiers with HEPA filters in every room (several in the waiting room), enhanced screening, mandatory masking for patients & all of the staff wear N95 or better masks.

It was such a relief to discover a GP practice that hasn’t given up on some of the basic tenets of medicine, but my satisfaction with this clinic reaches far beyond this. The two doctors we have seen are super intelligent, diligent, thorough, compassionate, pragmatic and knowledgeable. I’m thrilled by how deeply engaged they are in research & further education. The practice manager is also wonderful, & the premises clean & modern.
