First appointment I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. No advice from reception there would be an extended wait time.
Second appointment, I was the first one for the day… STILL had to wait. I was seen by a nurse, when we all knew I was to be reviewed by the doctor. He is not even on site yet!
Treatment is great. They just need to do a significant amount of work on practice dynamics and patient handling.
If the staff for the first appointment of the day are already 10 mins late (and counting), no wonder the later appoints can be up to 45 mins overtime.
Update: the doctor arrived 12 mins late and saw me for less than 1 minute!

As a surgeon, I cannot speak highly enough of the superb professional care I received from Dr Moreno. He was extremely courteous and thorough (much more so than other specialists I have been to, elsewhere). I strongly recommend his care to all other patients. EG

My experience at the clinic was very pleasant, unlike what other reviewers had in the past.

From making the appointment, to seeing Dr Adam Harris who was friendly and took the time to explain my condition and the options to treat it.

I also didn’t had to wait long, the usual 5-10mins as you would do with most doctor appointments.

The nurses and staff were all professional and friendly.

So overall I had a good experience!

Staff we nice dont get me wrong, but honestly biggest waste of money I've spent on my Acne journey wouldn't recommend to anyone going for this. They don't really listen to you put you on what they assume should fix your skin but don't seem to really know. And I'd assume it's the same peel and light treatment which I got and doesn't go into underlying causes nore fix it please don't waste your money.

Spending over a 1000 dollars for visits, over a 1000 dollars for pathology. 9 months of taking many different medicine incuding 10s of antibiotics. No good resulth at all. Wste of time and money. However, The location is good, fancy building, polite receptionists. But, people don't go to a specialist for these sort stuff. They go to seek help from doctors who could help them cured. I got nothing but empty promises.

The customer service received by Sydney was absolutely amazing. Sydney went out of her way to find out information for me and called me back. What a refreshingly friendly person to deal with.

Today I called 12 different Dermatology offices, and to be honest, dealing with some of them was extremely intimidating as they were not very welcoming and almost disinterested. I understand they may be busy, however customer service still matters.

Sydney is definitely a standout and an asset to your company.

I’m totally perplexed by the negative reviews for this business. I saw Dr Rhonda and found her to be 100% professional. She listened intently to my issues, proposed sensible, affordable and results driven solutions. She is warm and friendly and I found her approach excellent. Her two receptionists are a wonderful first impression of a fantastic business. If I could give six stars for Dr Rhonda I would. I feel very pleased and relieved I have finally found a dermatologist that I will refer to for many years to come for my skin management issues.

Surprised by some of the reviews here, but thought I would share. I had Dr Rhonda Harvey and she was professional, lovely and completely understood the negative impacts hormonal acne was giving me. While it is expensive, most specialists are and it has improved over time. It does take time but that’s just how the human body works. Really knowledgeable and I’m glad I went here!

Terrible! It’s freaking me out! The worst specialist I have ever seen. Waited for extra hour to enter doctor’s door, I felt like entering a trap there. Dr G Moreno did not answer my questions! He asked a nurse to speak with me, and excused we have language barrier. He has bad work ethics and attitude. Also quite poor language expressions that confusing patients. My general practitioners are native speakers which he probably didn’t know. What he needs is money, he doesn’t care about patients. He is horribly represented being a specialist! I have been asked further 500 dollars for they to operate a minor biopsy which is for free in public hospital. It’s completely wasted precious time. It turns out no value at all! Does anyone know how to get consultation fee refunded?

Stay away, I wouldn't even bother booking with this practice, they are just after patients money (they like you to book endless appt.in to see them) but they don't care about the patient or the patients outcome.
They ruined my skin and it has taken over 1 year and over a thousand dollars for me to fix what this group of dermatologist ruined.
They carelessly prescribe ReTRIEVE which ruined my skin, they also diagnosed me with acne oily skin, which i DON'T have, i have clear normal skin with a slight t zone and (once) struggled with a couple of cystic pimples on my chin. My biggest mistake was booking in to see this group of dermatologist. Save your money and time.

DR. GILBERTO MORENO BONILLA < is who i went too. I have been to other dermatologist before and spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars. But Dr. Bonilla was the only doctor who actually cared and helped find what was wrong with me. Very nice receptionist aswell. Yes the wait can be long but that is normal for doctors/dermatologist. I am also happy they are open on Saturdays (that is how i found them, i searched if any dermatologist were open on the weekend).

Had an appointment with Dr. Rhonda Harvey. She is very polite and willing to listen to the patient first. Would totally recommend.
