Finalising the end of our lease was a complete joke. As soon as there was no possibility of earning more money off me, there was absolutely no customer service. Very disappointing

His open communication style helped me to ease any fears and concerns I had, and I felt supported by him throughout the entire process. Even after successful sale of my property, he accepted my calls if I wanted to check whether he had any concern with a property I had viewed as suitable for my downsize property.

Neglectful of tenant’s requests with dismissive behaviour that’s money focused. Repair delays going on for years and easily tries to turn blame on tenants and does not take responsibility. Do not recommend.
