This real estate has been no less than a nightmare to deal with. I vacated my property in October 2023, ensuring I gave them over a months’ notice for my intention to vacate upon conclusion of my lease. I had outlined dates and times in the month leading up to my vacating when I was happy for them to schedule inspections for the apartment (contractually, they can only hold inspections in the 14 days leading up to the end of the lease, but I was trying to offer as much assistance as possible). The account manager told me that those times did not work with them, and that they would be proceeding with inspections on days I said I was not able to grant them access. I ended up vacating the premise early to minimise having to deal with them.

Once the lease ended, I never received the paperwork for the exit inspection, and they instantly made claim on my bond and rent that I had overpaid stating they needed to get the place fumigated (I had 2 small dogs) and repairs carried out. I requested invoices for all charges against my bond, however none were sent.

When moving furniture out of the apartment on the 29th September, the light fixture in the common area accidentally was broken, to which I notified the real estate immediately, and requested for them to send me the invoice. Again, nothing was sent.

Earlier this week I reached out to Tippy Sukuntamala (Senior Property Manager) from Green Real Estate to request the invoices and date when I can expect my bond and overpaid rent to be returned to me, yet she was unable to provide me with anything more than an invoice for $176 for the fumigation, and an email sent to strata the day I enquired about the invoices notifying them of the broken light. I asked why strata were only just being notified over 2 months later and I was told that there is a backlog due to Christmas and they were told immediately, and that the email sent that day was a ‘follow up’ email – though it was never worded as a follow up email, just as an initial contact email. I asked for her to confirm the date she initially sent it to strata and she has since avoided responding to me.

As January 20th will have been 3 months since vacating, I have requested all monies to be paid before this day. I will be reaching out to NCAT to lodge a claim against them.

I strongly advise against renting with them!

I strongly advise against choosing Green Real Estate for your property needs. My aunt's experience with Tippy, the property agent, was nothing short of disheartening. Tippy not only created obstacles in the bond reclamation process but also subjected my aunt to mental fatigue. At every step, Tippy made the experience arduous by unjustly accusing my aunt of things she did not do. These baseless claims and accusations added unnecessary stress, leaving her emotionally drained.

It is regrettable when property managers employ such tactics, inflicting undue emotional strain on tenants who are simply seeking to reclaim their rightfully earned bond. This highlights the crucial need for vigilance in dealing with such situations and underscores the importance of advocating for fair and respectful treatment throughout the tenancy process. I sincerely hope our shared experience serves as a cautionary tale, encouraging others to stand firm against unjust practices in the realm of real estate dealings.

I wouldn't recommend this Green Real estate agency to anyone in my circle. This girl named Tippy she gave hard time and false accusations to my friend's aunt which led her to be mentally and emotionally drained.

After inspection the unit on 20/sept

I paid deposit on 21/sept after my application has accepted.

Expected bond link within few days. But no information has been provided.
On 27/ sept contacted the office and the manager is off and the reception stated that they will pass the massage to the manager and the manager will contact in following day which did not happen.

3rd Oct, i contacted the office again for the bond link, the male staff (i cannot remember the name) promised to send me the bond link within the day and it happened.

However, i haven't received the lease agreement at the time.

Contact them again on 9/10/2023
The same thing happened. No property manager available and reception stated that they will pass the massage to contact me. Guess what. No contact.

If you want to make lease agreement, call them everyday to see the progress.

On September 30,2023, during the Ryde inspection, the lady from your agency, possibly named Jenny, arrived 30 minutes late without apologizing. She mentioned a previous inspection delay, which wasn't our concern, and also mentioned a finger injury as an excuse. I hope she's feeling better now. After just two minutes, she said the inspection would end in 2 mins because of another appointment. Since it was a Saturday with multiple inspections, I suggest informing clients about delays in the future.

It is such great experiences to deal with Green REA team. They provide excellent customer services with networking skills. I am pleased that they act as my agent to sale my property in a smooth process, their works meet my expectations.

I really appreciate that they keep us the update when taking care of rental or property for sale.

Their great team efforts lead to good outcomes in every aspect.

Working with Joseph from Green Real Estate on the purchase of our property was a stress free experience.

Seriously the worst agent I ever dealt with. I'm the landlord and my previous property manager left the agency and they sent an email saying property manager will reach out to me to introduce themselves. NO ONE ever contacted me since then. I call the reception 3 months later on a friday saying I want to talk to my property manager and the reception said no one is in the office and they will call me back. Again no one called me back.
So I called again the Friday next week, finally someone is there. Then surprisingly she said she called me before and can never reach me on my mobile. That's funny cuz I never had any miss call or voicemail or email from her ever.
The reason I contacted the agency is to ask if I can terminate the lease early. So the agent told me she will contact the tenant and get back to me. Again, she never get back to me in over a week. So I called her, she said the she was trying to contact me and couldn't reach me AGAIN! Interesting enough, no voicemail, no miss call and no email AT ALL!
So disappointed! I switched to another agency after that, I emailed Green real estate to terminate the agency agreement and as always they never replied my email and handover the keys to my current agent in 3 days. Maybe my property is too small for them to manage. I don't know, this is just my experience good luck for being a landlord if you are reading this review.

After I sent a tenancy application, I received only auto confirmation email saying that they received it.
I have not heard a word from them since then.
1 week later, I sent email to request withdrawing my application and delete all the data and ask them to confirm - No reply.
I sent email to Vincent repeatedly and office in general but they just ignored.
It's so rude.

Great experience with Michael. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. And so glad I asked him to sell my property.

I would like to tell all the land lords read your contract properly and understand small realestate like green bring bad example for others if there is a problem won’t answer the phone in the contract the sneak in thinks like exit fee and try to ripe you off the can charge you 500.00
Exit fee for what I talk to fair trading they told me it’s illegal to add in clause
These are sneaky this they do and get a bad name for them and others
My advise is look for a large established realestate no underhand problems

Just to ask a few questions to the agent in this case it’s Vincent, I had to call him 4-5 times a day and finally when he does answer, he acts like he isn’t interested. Neither receives the call nor replies to the text. Doesn’t give the correct information as well. The number of times that I tried to get in touch with him, I reckon that the prime minister would have answered my call by now.
I get that people are busy but my lord he’s on another level. Luckily I saw the reviews and am happy that I didn’t continued my process. Anyways, extremely displeased by Vincent’s “good customer service”.
