I came to GWH with issues in my arm causing pain and discomfort. After seeing Adam for only two sessions of physio I am already significantly repaired and back to full function. I'd recommend the skill and knowledge of the GWH team to anyone.

I had been suffering with knee, hip and back pain for over a month. I saw Adam at Kurrajong for the first time this week, he diagnosed the problam immediately, massaged the area and gave me exercises to do. Within a couple of days I was off painkillers and feeling much better. I will be seeing Adam regularly to ensure I maintain a healthy body. I highly recommend Adam

I would highly recommend Greater Western Health Richmond. I was first swept away by how polite, friendly and knowledgeable Katie was when I first called, she answered all my questions and advised me on the correct treatment that I needed.
I saw Thomas who got me out of pain and took very good care of me, he talked me through the treatment he was performing so I knew exactly what was happening and gave me advice and further instructions.
I'm so very greatful to find this place, even speaking with Diane over the phone and the email correspondence with Sacha at Riverstone was a pleasure, all the staff are absolutely lovely and work as a great team.
I've already booked my next appointment, I'm hooked, I drive 40kms return trip to come here and it's well worth it.

Great therapists with a wealth of knowledge that always make our family feel super comfortable and welcomed. Pat has helped me recover from back injury and Gabe has helped my Son rehabilitate his leg wonderfully after a serious break. I’m extremely greatfull for the family like care we receive. Pat is a miracle worker! I could hardly walk in to the waiting room. Pat tried dry needling, a little uncomfortable but I walked out with no pain!

I could not recommend Pat more highly! He is absolutely the most knowledgeable and skilful physio I have come across. I have had ongoing issues with my ribs and pelvis for years that other physios have been unable to treat and I have just put up with the issue. I had 4 weekly sessions with Pat and it has not bothered me again. I can’t thank him enough!

Friendly staff and always plenty of parking as it's in the Coles carpark in Richmond on the Frances St side, I've been going to Tommy Galea for 4 years, I have a troublesome ingrown toenail, Tommy has managed it well, I see him 5 times a year.

Disappointing to see the bibles in amongst the reading material of the small waiting area. Whatever happened to the scientific process? Or, ought I rely on prayer for our healing?

The staff are most polite - and supported me well, when I had forgotten my wallet with all cards in it, allowing me to return and pay later in the morning.

My favourite and most comfortable shoes, HokaOneOne's (weird as they appear) were dismissed quickly.
But my 25 year old bushwalking boots that may have contributed to the same forefoot pain I reported to the clinic with - nothing was said.
I thought my bushwalking boots were only just being broken in.

Will I ever go on an 8-day bushwalk again?

I was told by both a (now retired) podiatrist and years later by a sports physiotherapist that my left leg was 6mm shorter than my right.
Now years on, here at these rooms I was told my right leg may be shorter than my left. So who ought I believe?

Here I was sold some fairly expensive gel inserts for my bilateral metatarsalgia (forefoot pain). These only worsened the condition of forefoot pain - continuing for 48 hours after stopping their use.

At the second visit, my feet were strapped in a manner that I may not be able to reach them too do such myself. Then the skin of the top of my feet had a reaction to the tape within 24 hours, leaving them itchy and with a rash for days.
The strapping was of quite some use, though - while it lasted.

Nothing was said about the tingling to my fingers and toes resultant of a week-long winter Alpine trek. This discomfort and seeming loss of traction/grip has been with me for over 5 weeks now.

All I can say is - just go cycling more, people; it is the only thing that has allowed me to forget my discomforts.

*I only got back $20 from my private health insurer, Medibank Private from a bill from this podiatry clinic of $70. I knew the return would be poor, but this is paltry.
Do service providers lobby for something better of private health insurers? If not - why not.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Took their time to get to the root of the problem and work out a long term treatment.

Staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Thomas has treated both my wife and I for foot issues and we have both been very satisfied both with the results and his professionalism.
When I went to Thomas I could barely walk I was in such pain from a foot injury I sustained in Dec 2021 and today I ran 15km and am looking forward to the SMH half marathon.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas going on our experiences.

Seen Pat for my shoulder he is amazing and highly recommend him. I have seen other Physiotherapists at other clinics and have not been satisfied with results. The reception staff are organised, friendly and accommodating. My mother in law and husband are now both patients of Pat and also having good results. I highly recommend this practice
