Great Western Animal Hospital

We have been going here for years for our dogs and bunny. Dr Clare and team are always accommodating for our pets needs and treat them with care.

Our dog doesn't get alone with other animals, so option to wait in the car is a big plus for us.

Been bringing my little Pomeranian to GWAH since 2018 and never looked back. Puppy school with Jodie is incredible and Dr Kate and Matt and all the other doctors are amazing! And the receptionist especially Mandy is the most lovely to my little girl. She’s going on to be 6 and is being well looked after at GWAH. Highly recommend.

GWAH takes SUCH good, consistent and detail oriented care of my pug Miso. All the staff are 10/10. Prices are reasonable and all care, including follow ups, is perfection. Thank you for taking care of Miso!

Highly recommended, I have been a customer for over 15 years never been disappointed always amazing service from the front desk to the nurses and vets. I moved from the area 8 years ago I now drive half hour to see Dr. MATT it's definitely worth it.

Genuine love of animals it’s not just a job to them, the receptionist is always smiling and happy to welcome you, puts you at ease. The vets, well I can’t say enough good things about them. I have every confidence in them, they explain my dogs treatment to me and answer any questions I may have no matter how silly it might be. They are reasonably priced, but what price do you put on your pets health? Overall it’s just a bloody good practice and recommend them. Axel says hello

Very warm and positive environment.my pet loved the doc and everyone there.coco is usually bit anxious with doctors.but here he was very happy and calm.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, our cats well looked after. Treatment is explained thoroughly and options discussed. Financial consent always made clear before proceeding which can help determine treatment.

I have been using GWAH since day one of having kittens. I have always been blessed by the thorough consultations. They are happy to answer all my questions even if they seem silly. Great vet. Highly recommend them.

Narrow one lane driveway and tight turning area in car park. Need a warning system for people leaving car park whether there is approaching vehicle coming down the driveway as at the moment it is hard to tell unless you are almost on the driveway.

We found this place because we were told by a highly rated animal hospital in Parramatta to make an appointment & come back later instead of making an assesment on site as to whether or not it was an emergency.

Great Western Animal Hospital well and truly deserves its rating.

So disappointing in the discharge planning. No care, just a commercial set up. I work in health myself and i have never witnessed such a blatant display of commercial care with no soul or genuine empathy. Will not go back there.

Great service and friendly staff! Had a stray cat checked for microchip (free of charge) and the cat absolutely loved it! Nice' quick and easy!
