WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! We have done our fair share of wine tours in the Hunter, this one is by far the best. Boutique, tailored, comfortable, informative, fun and you are made to feel so welcomed by every single chosen vineyard and either the owner or manager. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mel was knowledgeable, fun and authentic. I learnt more today about wine than I have in a lifetime. The wineries Mel chose were perfect! So many personal touches that were appreciated by us all. I can not remember enjoying a day more and would highly recommend Mel to anyone who is considering a tour in the beautiful Hunter Valley. ️

Melissa and her team are wonderful! So friendly and go out of their way to make the experience not only professional but fun. Melissa organised wedding transportation for 80 guests in an easy no fuss way. She then went on to organise a wine tour for us which was fabulous! Grape experience coordinated the minibuses for our welcome dinner and wedding day. They were brilliant - they ran to time and have great local knowledge. They went above and beyond to help out some guests that were in an isolated location. I would strongly recommend these guy for any wedding or vineyard tours in the Hunter Valley.

Would absolutely recommend Mel and Mark, owners of Grape Experience Tours. Mel organised a wonderful half day tour catering for all 14 of us. Mark was our driver. He was punctual, fun and a wealth of knowledge. We loved our three wineries/brewery/distillery and when finished Mark dropped us at our lunch venue and picked us up then safety drove us back to our accommodation. Thanks Mel and Mark, you are both amazing and we all had a fun day. Can’t wait for another tour with you!

The best tour operator in the valley, Mel is well known by the local wineries and you are greater by the staff at each location with enthusiasm. Left the planning up to Mel and she delivered. 5 stars only because it won’t allow me to do more

Highly recommend Mel and the Grape Experience team for your next trip to the Hunter! We frequently visit the region and often encounter many challenges when it comes to travelling around the area and securing taxis/Ubers. This last weekend past, we were visiting as a group of 8 and decided to pre-book a minibus + driver to take that hassle away and it was the best decision we could have made! It made for such an effortlessly enjoyable experience and we had our own private driver for the entire day. Thanks to Mel and the team. We will definitely be back!

Once again, Grape Experience took us down from the Hunter Valley to the SCG for the Australia v South Africa test match.
We go down every year and are a part of ‘The Richies’ for Day 2.
Mel picks us up early, is extremely confident driving in & around Sydney, & delivers all of us to our doors on return.
I cannot recommend Mel & Grape Experience high enough. Very proficient, on time, friendly, easy to deal with & super professional. In fact, marvellous effort all round!

Mel was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable about wine, the wineries and the area in general. She chose great wineries that were tailored to us. Mel has great communication skills and service. She makes you feel super comfortable, like being driven around by an old friend. She picked us up and dropped us home to Valle Laguna. Such a splendid day!

Mel is an amazing person to tour the Hunter with - we will 100% be booking with Grape Experience again! She was very accommodating to our needs, and although we only paid for a half day, she was happy to extend this at no extra cost and book our lunch.

We managed to get a free afternoon when passing through the Hunter Valley and heard that Melissa did a good wine tour. She delivered big time! She was able to get us in on very short notice and deliver a personal and fun tour to some great locations.

The tour was fun and light hearted and it was clear the winery owners and workers all had a great relationship with the Grape Experience staff.

I have used Grape Experience Tours 4 times now and they have never ceased to disappoint or let us down at all. Very reliable, great communicators and excellent service. Would recommend to all!
