We have completed our Grannyflat with Grannyflats Australia and are very satisfied. Cid and Liz were very helpful from Day 1, catering to our complex requests and making us feel at ease, as we didn't have any building experience beforehand. After searching a few Grannyflat companies, Grannyflats Australia was the most professional. I highly recommend checking out the showroom to get a feel of the grannyflat quality before starting your build. Thank you to everyone involved in the process, including Michael for making the process so smooth. You will not regret your decision to go with the team!

Thank you GFA for our amazing mini home. We have been living here for the last 4 months and we are so happy with everything. Michael did an amazing job of making sure everything was perfect. These guys definitely know their job and they will go the extra mile. DO NOT let anyone else build your granny flat because you will be disappointed. We almost made that mistake & then someone passed us on to these guys & now i look back and realise how lucky we were. Other companies offer nothing and the finishes are cheap as guts. Granny Flats Australia felt like the right choice to build our granny flat out of 3 other builders. The build was delayed due to COVID lockdowns but the team kept us well informed and were accommodating. Just want to thank the team for a great project. Office staff were fantastic. And boys on-site were great. Just rented my one bedroom out for $400 a week in baulkham hills.

Consider it carefully before signing the contract. They used cheap quote to attract me to sign the contract and added a varation by 30%+ after I paid $4080. (I provided a contour/detailed site survey and planning certificate 10.7 at very beginning to help them to better understand this site).

I had the best experience of my life with Granny Flat Australia. I had such a pleasant and positive experience from the start to the finish of my granny flat with the team. Cid the owner, the reception staffs, the Project Manager Michael were so nice, helpful and professional at all times. Cid and Michael were always prompt to reply any inquiries I ever had in a honest and trustworthy way. I also cannot talk highly enough about Michael as he organized the landscaper for me and he would pick up the phone any time with any of my inquiries and would go beyond to help me throughout. I am now in a process to build 2nd granny flat with these people. I need to build the house as well. I wish they would take the contract for the house as well. I felt so compelled to leave this second review with our experience post sales/build.

We recently took on a different project for pergolas, but did not get the same level of service that Grannyflat AU provided us.

Grannyflat AU really up the bar when it came to service and that touch of kindness and level of social skills where other business lack so much of.

Michael has been absolute amazing at this, (a second mention) always a pleasure to have that chat and he was welcoming to address questions i had even post the GF build. Not sure if they have more than 1 site manager but if they do make sure to ask for Michael:)

I only wished they did carports and pergolas aswell so that the experience was complete throughout. Perhaps a new venture Cid and Rod?:)

I engaged GFA to build a Granny Flat on an accessible, relatively flat, investment site in western Sydney during the 2020 pandemic. The process started in June and it was seamlessly completed in November as per their schedule, without disruption. Excavation started in mid August without tenants in the main house and hand over of a brick veneer home, was approximately mid November. As with the electricity, I also later chose to separate the water for both homes. Post their construction, I did additional driveway construction, landscaping & fencing etc. They are a premium company who delivered a quality building project as per their mission statement. Their staff were cooperative, friendly and they have the long term experience in their team to provide you with a pleasing outcome. The house is rented out now for $ 350/ week. My wife's father was a builder and she gave GFA the tick of approval. Thank you GFA.

Many Thanks to the whole Team at Grannyflats Australia! For taking on this endeavour to build the home for Mom. The experience was all positive since the initial sitdown with Cid down to the final progress with Michael.
The team were very courteous and prompt with responses, and the build was completed in decent time considering the Christmas holidays and Weeks of rainy weather. The place looks great and spacious even with the area that they had to work with.

Thanks again to the team - Cid, Rod, Liz, Chelsea, Maya, Norm and special mention to Michael who was a true gent and willing to address the odd concerns i had, a definite asset to the team!
