Shocking experience! Not a single item delievered to my home was measured correctly (IM NOT EXAGERATING) and they had to take every single item back to factory to adjust or redo. Massive lack of communication between the team, and super slow installation. They promised 3 DAYS installation and it ended stretching to 4 WEEKS. Not to mention the inconvenience I had to go through and my family, and the numerous phone calls I have done without response from anyone.

Engaged Granite Transformations to remodel and refurbish our 30 year old kitchen and the end result is excellent, very happy with the finished product.

A wonderful experience all round. The staff offered great design ideas which I found helpful as I wasn't sure where to start. I was also able to mix and match benchtop and door combos in the showroom which eliminated the guesswork. I was kept updated throughout the process and the installer showed great attention to detail. Quote and measure processes were very good. Main cabinet work started and completed as promised. Our job was impacted by delays caused by another appliance supplier. This then saw communication breakdowns in the final completion by GT. That is the project management component did breakdown. We received a warranty for a benchtop that was not contracted that again points to the project management / internal communication functions. Not a major issue, rather something that should have been better by meeting the original statements around project "control".

Very happy with all aspects of this installation from initial consultation/quote through to final installation - all tradesman were excellent and very accommodating with all my requests.

We are very happy with our new vanity tops and new mixer taps and we had new doors put on the front of the cabinets to look more modern. The job only took 2 days. Workmen very good, respectful and they cleaned up with their own vacuum cleaner
