I strongly recommend Jonathan. I approached Jonathan many years ago, in 2012 or 2013 for my mum’s parents’ visa. He is very knowledgeable, very polite with excellent and reliable staff members.

I am not usually the complaining type of person. If you see my profile, I have given 5 star ratings to support big and small businesses that have been really of great service. However, Granger Agency is an exception. I have been very nice and patient as proven by our exchange of emails but they did not reciprocate this.

They are worst agency I have ever dealt with. Very POOR COMMUNICATION. The only email they sent me was an invoice, once I paid with the expensive consultation fee (more expensive that other agencies), they never sent me another email.

I called every single week to follow up with no reply on email, and just kept telling me over the phone I just had to wait (3 months wait with no outcome). They have caused great damage with the delay of visa. I asked refund and never got one. They have the guts to says they came from a Holiday so sorry for the delay… (with no outcome of our case).

I messaged them via email that I will make a formal complaint to the NSW Fair Trading and their phone line is suddenly on a voice mail unlike before where they will directly answer you. Clearly, hiding to their clients and not addressing the concern. Do not waste your money. You will just be frustrated and disappointed.

Granger has made things very easy for me from the beginning of my application process, communicating things well and been very always very helpful!

Charge $200 for 20 mins of consulting for sponsorship visa to tell all the things that can be found on internet. Didnt give any advice. Then ignored all the emails and calls. Never got back to tell any reasons even I already tried to contact several times. Really unprofessional business and service

Great agency to assist you with the visa. Very professional, helpful & constantly keeping you updated re the progress. Jonathan and his team have looked after me and my family over the years and i definitely recommend Granger Australia if you plan to visit Australia for a long or short term.
