Grace and her team have been exceptionally good from the very onset of our tenancy. She was extremely efficient in advising us on the rental we secured and the entire process from meeting at the inspection to signing the lease and collecting keys was seamless. Her personal touches as well in welcoming tenants when collecting keys was appreciated amongst the chaos of moving. During covid times to also have a 3D plan for a rental is not common so it was a welcome surprise and helpful. Correspondence with her and her team is quick and professional at all times. Her property portfolio is impressive and from the very start I could tell she was honest and knowledgeable compared to the many other agents and inspections that often left me rather hopeless in the hunt.
