Reception staff lady was lovely.
I had to wait over half an hour for my specialist appointment. I was not happy that I had to pay $300, $219 out of pocket for a ten minute examination.

Nice place, clean and very friendly staff. The Doctor was friendly and knew his stuff.
Would recommend to anyone to go there for medical needs.

They were friendly, helpful and on time. My doctor was kind, informative and very thorough. They put you at ease with a clear way of communicating a team approach to your health care. Fabulous!

I always feel genuinely listened to and heard by Dr Sarhan which is very validating. I feel like he actually cares about his patients and they’re not just a number etc which I have experienced at other places in the past, and that means the world to me as it has helped me with improving my mental health immensely and I feel like it will keep improving - I have hope for the future which I didn’t once have

The 'hub' was a little smaller than I expected but quite welcoming. I was pleased to be seen on time and received pretty good treatment. Coffee shop closes at 3pm!

Dr stoiter is the best dr he gets fasts results and really cares about his patients I would highly recommend dr stoiter to anyone

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Very unhappy with the specialists at this clinic. They have got $800 out of me with no resolution to the medical issues. Also told that I can't go on public waiting list. Once I mentioned I don't have health insurance they didn't want to know me. Very cold and not friendly at all. Very unhappy and feel very ripped off, $800 for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money.

A great practise, appointments available (yes you have to wait a bit for the specialists but at least you can get in!) the receptionist are lovely and helpful and the paediatrician we saw was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend

Excellent. Contemporary medical centre with extensive allied health services under the one roof. Ample parking. Helpful staff, knowledgeable and skilled doctors. Can easily recommend to family and friends for one stop health care.

Firstly, easy parking, then helpful rception and was taken at the appointed time. Dr was clear on his explaination and provided direction.

My Appointment went well with no problems, Dr was very thorough, but didn't get advised that my Appointment cost $400.
But to top it all off I got some medication that I got the pen for but doesn't come with the Medication Vials.
So I've forked out money for something I can't use.

My partner Hedley Paul Simons is a patient of Dr Dana Slape, a dermatologist based at Goulburn Health Hub. We can thoroughly recommend both her and the GHH. Dr Slape has a warm and engaging manner, easily imparting her wide knowledge and experience while giving confidence and encouragement to the patient. We highly recommend Dr Slape, as we do with GHH - from reception to medical staff, the Hub is a modern, well-run establishment with the bonus of a cafe and pharmacy attached. There's a palpable pride one can discern in all employees who give their best to all who enter.

Found Goulburn Health Hub on line. Rang to make an appointment, and so surprised to have one three days later. Plenty of parking, friendly receptionist. Only 10 minute wait to see Dr. Janet who made me feel comfortable. The Hub is light and spacious. Seems to be quite a few Doctors and Specialists there. Added convenience of Pharmacy and a cafe. Great for Goulburn.

Very impressed so far - our first visit. Seamless arrival and processing. Dr Slape (dermatologist) was on time, great personality, treated a 17-year-old with respect and talked on his level, whilst explaining things clearly. Easy to book future appointments and so far all excellent.

Great experience, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left from Tiarni at reception who was professional and respectful. Dr St Croix was responsive with my needs and thorough in her consult, again great experience Thank you
