Tony did a replacement motor back in 2006 for my Bernina 830. I caught the train up from Sydney with my machine in tow in a backpack and Tony did a great job. Tony was great over the phone so I decided to make a day of it. My been a had been at my girlfriend when the hot water system in her roof decided to break and you guessed it my machine was set up tight underneath it. I waited for the motor to be serviced as well. Afterwards the machine ran like a dream.now many years later my machine needs servicing again so im going to make tge treks down to Gosford and see Tony again.

Tony is a wonderful man who cares more about his customers and the service they receive than profit. Because if this the business thrives. I recommend all my friends, family, collegaues and the students i teach to go there and get what they need. Tony and his teammates are excellent and won't try to sell you things you don't need. They have great classes there and their bernina club is fantastic. I have learnt so many more things about what machine can do with certain feet even tho I bought my machine from Tony over 10 years ago. I highly recommend Tony and his team.
