Michelle was also great with sorting out the finance & was always happy to answer any questions I had. Really happy with the Mazda experience so far!
My engine light came up just after I picked up my car from the service and they told me to book another service to fix it. Such a disappointment! I do not recommend their service.
Quoted higher price than MyMazda portal for 20,000km service. They charge higher than Mazda Australia set prices. Take to local licensed mechanic for a fraction of the price.
Poor service. I had booked the car for service about a month back. I had mentioned 2 items for consideration/repair. I was asked to come and collect the car and no discussion about those 2 items happened. When I brought one item for discussion, the person had to come out and look at the car to understand the problem. He said that it needs a spare part which is on back order. I hadnt heard from them till now and when I call them today, there is no follow up planned and nothing on their notes.
Also, I have developed a problem of the car starting with a slight stutter which started only after the servicing. Although the battery is not old and problem starting only after servicing, I was told that it would cost me for the diagnostics
I called Gosford Mazda service department regarding a faulty left rear seat belt on my 2016 Mazda CX3 Akari AWD. Michael Mapstone, the service advisor advised me to bring the car in to have it checked out. The rear seats are hardly used and I strongly felt that Mazda should replace the faulty seatbelt as it seems to be a factory fault. It was really nice of Michael to send a request on my behalf regarding a replacement. This was very quickly authorized by the Mazda head office and the repair completed. Michael's communication skills, polite and friendly attitude is to be commended. He is certainly an asset to Gosford Mazda. Please convey my personal appreciation and thanks to him and your head office.

I was in a tough spot when I bought a new Mazda from these guys as my wife was pregnant and our old car had gone faulty so we urgently needed a new car. They were good prior to booking however very poor with customer service post booking by the sales rep. They were hard to deal with, poor with communications, did not negotiate on price, no free accessories (even after repeatedly asking for just mats) was told a no point blank. Worst of all when I went to pickup my new car they did not even make me feel welcomed. They did not have the car or pickup area decorated to make it atleast feel like a celebration that too for me buying a new 7 seater car at full RRP mind you with hard cash. On the pickup day sales rep was in a rush to get me and my car out of the showroom as soon as possible. Even clicking pictures for me and my family for him seemed to be like a huge task. Worst of all he had the audacity to ask me for a 5 star review after all this.
Thank you Christian, for a wonderful experience buying a new Mazda cx30. You were so easy and quick to work with, if I could give you more stars I would. Keep up the great work
Very very poor, arrogant, rude staff awful customer service.requested for Manager to call me and he did not call me back and staff member called refusing to put me through to manager. He was abusive.do not get your get your car serviced there.
An absolutely incredible and delightful experience! Gosford Mazda were so knowledgeable and friendly and committed to customer service. The purchase was flawless from inspection to delivery. We recently purchased a new CX30 from Eliza Churchward. Historically we hate purchasing cars as it is such an odious experience, but Eliza made the entire process an absolute delight. She was extremely friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. In previous car purchases (not Gosford Mazda) we were left sitting in a room for an eternity whilst the salesperson pretended to "speak to the Manager" about a price. Eliza left us for only a few minutes, returning quickly with a reasonable price. When we told her we wanted to have a think about it she was not pushy at all. After purchasing the car, whilst waiting for the vehicle to arrive, she kept in communication with us so that we were aware of what was happening. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We will definitely consider Mazda every time we purchase a new car after this experience. Thanks for changing my opinion on the car industry Eliza:)

Eliza and the team at Gosford Mazda were a pleasure to buy the CX3 through. Very helpful and stress free.
They have been refusing to fix my re-called faulty fuel pump for the last two months, although we have complained over the last 18 months about juddering, high pitched whining and fails to start and stop. Mazda Australia have known about our recall for over 6 months now, but are refusing to fix it here. Mazda in America have already recalled owners cars fuel pumps.

Update! Can you not read? The recall was issued at the beginning of December 2021 - you knew about my car in 2019 xmas time, when you forced me to take your leading tech guy for a test drive of my own *car* who told me there was nothing wrong with my car, and.the communication between Mazda Australia, Mazda Gosford has been selective on your part which is bloody convenient isn't? Deleted messenger messages were saved, alongside phone messages dating from December 2021 - beginning of February this year - alongside emails to Mazda Australia, dating back to January 2021 in regards to my faulty car you deemed fine!
