Bought a used phone here. Works great, great price, polite staff, and they give you a 3 month warranty. I would definitely come back.

Shocking customer service and communication. Was hung up on when I asked to speak to a manager following a discussion with someone rude and condescending.disgusting attitude. Went downstairs found a much better service and cheaper repair option. Avoid this shop.

This company also operates as Aussie Mobiles on EBay. Their advertising is deliberately obscure and they offer no direct phone contact. When I found out their address and looked it up that they were operating as Gorillasix mobiles, the attendant initially rejected that they were Aussie Mobiles on EBay, but when I told him the addresses were the same, he admitted the connection but said the person that handles EBay was out. I asked him to get him to ring me, but instead all he did was send a lot of obscure questions via email which had already been answered. Don't deal with these people if you value your money. Their 30 day money back guarantee obviously had somewhere in the fine print that major problems were only covered by a 72 hour guarantee. Ludicrous

Do not use these people, we had the main Logic board fail, they refused to fix it/replace it because the screen had a crack in it.like a lot of these type of businesses, they are fine until you have a problem.

There was no sign of any physical damage anywhere but the screen.

The most genuine place in Sydney to buy a phone. I really trust this guys and had got my mobiles from them both times. They are really helpful in explaining the options and always respect their customers and their choices. Very genuine and highly recommended!

Incredibly fast, friendly, honest and generous service. I went in with my smashed up phone, ready to buy a refurbished replacement since I thought it was a goner. Instead of bothering with that and transferring data, they fixed my original phone for (much) less money than I'd been quoted elsewhere and also less than what I was ready to pay for the new phone. I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased an iPhone X and an XS with high memory for under $1100 in excellent quality. Have been using for a few months now wirh no problems. Friendly staff he even gave us free glass screen protectors. Would go back if I ever need another phone or accessories.

They sell iphones and samsung galaxy and note for very good prices

Reason there cheap is because there all fake insets everything inside the phone is not original and there all overseas models not AUS models sorry not trying to down the buisness but you guys are all just scammers and liars without telling customers the reason for the cheap phones

On the 4.7.2019 I bought a phone for only $230 with a 2 phone cases for only $5 very friendly staff

We got a great deal on an iPhone 8+ for our daughter. They seemed very busy but still took the time to us feel important and answer any questions

Basically this shop will sell you a Korean phone n NOT let you know until it's too late n you've found out yourself. Trying to get them to address the problem is like pulling teeth and then they even though they were in the wrong, clearly, all they wanted to do was upgrade me to a more expensive phone at my expense. So I ordered elsewhere & decided never to give them my business again. I'm always honest and I'd advise anyone reading this don't go there.

Very nice and excellent service! They didn’t charge me the battery change after seeing I had another problem on my Iphone. Quick and very friendly service. Would recommend and come again. Cheaper than the normal Apple Store or other overpriced shops.
