I am saddened by these previous reviews as I have found this service to be utterly professional, helpful and caring. Claire has helped me through tough times with compassion, yet she has provided me with insight into my issues and given me the skills and support to deal with them. I have even recommended her to others who have, or are facing, tough times. Maybe these negative reviews reflect more about the people leaving them rather than the service.
