Side burns left un even and high, communication gaps between what was desired and what was received for beard, odd hairs left around mouth. Good for a cheap and cheerful potentially.

Amazing barber shop that did a fantastic job. Very professional, polite and personable. Luke was amazing to deal with, and a funny bloke!

My son had a hair cut here. It was poorly done with no care. Really choppy hair cut. We went back for a review. Was told it was his hair that was wrong not the cut (really? Never had that problem before. Funny that.) his scissor where not sharp hence hair still looks chopped. Not coming back.

The male staff was not patient and being grumpy from the first minute. Pushing my head around really hard making me feel I was being punished. I offered a suggestion afterwards. There was no apologies but blaming me moving my head all the time. Actually I tried to be as still as possible after the first time he pushed me like this. $30 for a normal crew cut with such service was way overpriced.

Just had my first haircut of 2020 (in July) with these guys.
Very impressed, It's the first haircut I've had in years that I've been happy with. I think they've got a repeat customer.
They do not have EFTPOS facilities but as an alternative to cash they are accepting straight internet banking transfers as payment. This is a good workaround as I refuse to deal with cash due to COVID.

Good haircut and service. However, they don't allow paying with card. Actually, they gave me a paper to make an online transfer on the spot.

In 2020 business should support card payments.

Doubt the barber has much skills. Can’t even produce a simple classic crew cut, ended up with uneven height on sides. My first and also my last visit.

First haircut I've had in years that I've been happy with. Josh was amazing and visibly skilled. The owner gave me some helpful styling advice. Very professional. I was extremely impressed by their hygiene standards - especially during the COVID-19 crisis.

Hadn’t been for years, growing hair out. Then a mate had ruined my hair with some clippers. Went in to Gordon barber and they gave me a great fix up, great funny guys, great barbers and service.

Most friendly relaxing & fun barber I’ve visited - always get a good laugh with the barbers & customers. Never go anywhere else!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Went in for a buzz cut at level 0 and the lady said it was going to cost me $50. Absolute joke for less than 5 mins work.

Cut my hair awfully said it was like sheering a sheep. HOW RUDE! Cut way too short HOW RUDE and then didn’t even want to give me a refund HOW RUDE. I give 2 stars cause they gave me a free lollipop

Being going to Gordon Barber for over a year now. Quality is pretty consistent and the barbers are always ready for a chat.

Haircuts here were initially cheap and prices keep going up and up.
Very small sign near desk saying 'cash only'. Surely he could cover the credit card fee. How many businesses say 'cash only'.

He does a supposed service for the disabled but he charges more for this so it's just a money making venture not a 'service' for the disabled.
I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have been a regular here for the past few years, and I've always loved the quality service.

The quality of the hair cuts is always exceptional. My barber Eddy is very skilled and knows the perfect way to cut my hair, suited to my hair style and hair texture. I always get a cut that grows back nicely and is exactly what I ask for.

Also all the staff are really friendly, personable and always up for a laugh.

I only got a trim and it was $35, highly overpriced for a trim. The lady was nice however for a trim that took 15 mins at most, it is way too overpriced.

$35 for a sub standard cut. Plenty available for less in area. The stench of cigarette smoke from the guy who cut my hair was unbearable and his scissor clipping had much to be desired.
