Terrible business review system. Competitors can destroy your business whilst businesses owners are so helpless watching their businesses crumble and not able to even speak to a person. Who benefits when small businesses die?

Just called for help, the reception guy was so rude, short and not interested in my issues that I was left feeling unwanted. Shame

They never answer the phone, its like no one works there and you can keep trying and no one will answer the phone, good luck

Just tried to contact reception - and was told they would see if someone was available.then just cut me off.not what I would call customer service.

I hope next time I'm there they change the pattern on the little booths on the second floor as they hurt my eyes.

Impossible to connect via a mobile phone. No response after selection is made just a repeated message.

Diabolical service! Have been trying all morning to get through on two numbers but keep getting the infuriating auto response asking me to press 1 or 2 depending on where I want to go. No matter which number I press, the message keeps repeating until it says something along the lines of "I'm going to hang up now, call back later". An absolute farce of a service! If I could give no stars I would, happily!

Front desk contacted for a serious problem (they charged 5K on a not-existing ADW account) very unhelpful and mean. I didn't received any answer from them, they just hung up on me twice.

Unbelievable the most arrogant organisation I have every dealt with. I eventually got to speak to a real person in Sydney to discuss 2 factually incorrect reviews of my company only to be told I cant speak to anyone. I did mention I followed all their online processes and even contacted the reviewer directly. Great to be a monopoly.

My daughter got bit by a spider and died at this location, but other than that the service was great

People are great, food is delicious, they have sleeping rooms for you to sleep and quiet room if you need some me time.
