I have been using Good2Go removals for several years to move my art studio to different locations. They always extremely reliable, professional and very careful with my artwork. I would highly recommend Good2Go Removals especially to other artists

One of the most stressful moves I’ve had. We ended up with a table with a broken leg and missing pins from desk shelving. It got them on a bad day unfortunately it wouldn’t use them again.

Edit: As per the business response, there were unfortunate events out of their control which I can absolutely appreciate.
The claim we were given three people for the move for the cost of two is a straight out lie. We were charged for three people once the issue of the truck battery was resolved. The owner spent the majority of the day on the phone sorting out insurance etc. Furniture parts were being dropped between the unit and the truck. Very disappointed by the response from the business.

Seamus and his crew were really tested (as was I) in the worst downpour in about 3 years in Sydney for my move. In spite of all this they did a great job in less time than I expected given the circumstances. They were careful with my stuff and didn't complain once about the weather. Price was reasonable too. The only minor complaint is that they wouldn't move my pot plants but given the weather I'm willing to forgive them and to be honest I'd prefer to move them myself than get mud all over my stuff. Thanks Guys!

If I could give less than one star I would. They give you a quote and then charge you double. When asked about the price, their strategy is to harass and bully you via a series of unprofessional phone calls (instead of looking for a resolution). Their manner was unprofessional on the day of the move, helping themselves to a fridge without asking. Despicable, rude and unprofessional. Go with someone else. They obviously get their friends to write reviews. You can do better.

Dishonest and untrustworthy. Don't go near this business. They broke a light fitting when moving us out of an apartment, promised to pay for it on the day, then did nothing about it for more than a month despite constant chasing. We had to give the real estate the go ahead to fix it in order to get our bond back. When the bill for the light came, they refused to pay even a quarter of it. They offered us less than we even TIPPED them on the day. We have to go to the tribunal now, a huge waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

The Good2Go team were fantastic. They are hard-working, friendly, conscientious - they care about what they are doing. They made our move easy. We are only renting so next time we move we will definitely be using them.

Overall pretty good. The 2 man crew worked hard although one of the guys appeared to be learning. They struggled esp with my fridge down stairs from the 3rd floor and the hoist on their truck didn't appear to work so getting the fridge in was even harder (some minor damage to the back of the fridge occurred)

The most frustrating thing was a large desk they advised at the end they couldn't move. If they told me earlier I could've seen if I could break it down but as I had no time this wasn't an option. I opted not to accept a further quote to move the desk only into a garage from Good2Go.

Shamus and his men were incredible. Early, impeccably dressed in professional work outfits, polite, hard working and did one of the most difficult moves for us in Cammeray. They made everything completely stress free. Shamus has a wonderful personality and a confidence that nothing is too hard for them. Extremely impressed and will recommend to all. They were worth every cent and more. Thankyou guys.
