Psychologist, Justin Bryant I saw was inappropriate, egotistical, unprofessional, non empathetic. More concerned with looking good in his overly tight shirt then helping me. Laden with bias and judgement values. He seemed to have very poor listening skills. He asked the same questions over and over again. He had poor to no knowledge and demonstrated a distinct lack of care. How he managed to get registered I don't know. Unless you like being retraumatised by a supremely arrogant man don't waste your time or money

Response to owner
What rubbish! How am i supposed to make a complaint about Justin when the voice on the end of the line is his. Wrote this review to express my concerns about Justin's clinical skills that couldn't over the phone. That combined with shown his dating profile feel even more disgusted. Pay more money and see anyone else besides Justin Bryant.

Useless. Uncontactable. Phone diverts to voicemail. They don't bother to return calls. UPDATE: calls were made, and messages left a FEW MONTHS WELL BEFORE Christmas

I had Linda and personally thought she was absolutely terrible. Didn't show common courtesy like ask my name or how my day was going. She had a snarky attitude and was very condescending. When I left I was in absolute shambles and she did not make sure I was okay before telling me she had to see the next person. I came out feeling worse than when I went in.

Staff are always very friendly and professional. I’ve tried a few psychology clinics and found that I felt the most comfortable at Good Thinking.

Both my daughter and I saw two psychologist from this clinic. My daughter saw Linda and she was terrific. Linda showed great understanding of the issues and challenges my daughter was facing. Linda made wonderful notes regarding my daughter which were later needed for court.
I have been informed that the clinic has changed ownership recently which was very much needed. My experience of the previous owner was very disappointing.
However I have had the pleasure of having a brief conversation with a new psychologist at the clinic and it appears to be in much better hands now.
I highly recommend Linda from this clinic and am happy that the clinic is under new ownership.

Staff are always friendly and caring. I attended a few sessions at Earlwood but have since moved to their Haberfield clinic because it's closer to home. Always look forward to my appointments and leave feeling really calm and positive.
