I absolutely love working with these guys. They are there to help and very caring. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I feel so incredibly fortunate finding this service. I had tried another telehealth psychology service, however I wasn’t happy with the quality of care or therapy offered.
Being able to speak to Hayley Webster from Good Minds has quite frankly changed my perspective on life in the best way possible. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to feel heard and most importantly, listened to.
The bulk billing aspect of providing mental health care has been incredibly beneficial for me, as providing a mental health care plan to speak to a psychologist has helped me immensely with my mental health. If anyone is doing their search for a psychologist currently, I would absolutely recommend Hayley Webster in a heart beat.

I had my very first session with Celeste via Zoom this week and she was by far the best psychologist. Celeste was non judgemental, very empathetic and I felt really comfortable opening up to her, I highly recommend Good Minds, Ken was also really helpful with securing my appointments with Celeste and ensured I was put forward to the most appropriate psychologist. If I could give 12 stars I would.

I've sent some friends to have therapy through these guys. Have not heard anything bad about them at all. Not sure who they saw though.

Never regret I reached out to them. It was so hard for me looking for a bulk billed psychology. The process was smooth and they responded so quickly. I was referred by a friend to try this website as I was struggling emotionally and it helped me with my own issues. All the best goodmind!

As soon as I made the hard decision that I needed professional help for my anxiety and depression I was met with nothing but understanding and compassion by Ken who took my initial inquiry, he then became my counselor.
The tools Ken has given me have helped me slowly regain the strength of who I am at my core, our appointments never felt like therapy, more like an experienced friend who would listen and then provide me with relatable advice.
I highly recommend Ken at Good Minds *****

I had tried many different practices over the years, but I finally found this practice – "Good Minds" - >
1) Where I can trust to tell anything and share my thoughts without the judgement, with the added explanation of how to overcome those feelings.
2) Every session is very detailed and has strategies to tackle my challenges and was given different ways to see my problems.
3) The session always started with checking on my progress from the last session and I finished my appointment feeling more hopeful and positive.
4) A great psychology practice filled with people who are genuinely caring, helpful and supportive.
I 100% recommend this place.

I will never recommend this place to anyone if you were seeking help/advice.
I reached out to a “professional” thinking I would receive “professional advice” but upon opening up to a so called “psychologist” she promoted for me to abuse someone if I am receiving physical or emotional abuse. E.g If someone throws a shoe at me I should throw a shoe back at them.

I also explained how it’s hard in some circumstances for me to approach certain ideas because of my cultural customs that my family go by and was told that “as we live in Australia the customs aren’t really necessary to go by” I then reported this incident to someone from the company and they let me know that “this physiologist may have had a bad day” and that “which ever client sees this psychologist usually gets warned by him that she can come across blunt and some people can take it and some can’t”.

Shameful to think that when you try and seek support from a professional you get told to abuse people back as a form of support and advice.

I could not rate Good Minds highly enough. I love the fact that sessions are done online from the comfort of my own home. I feel like this has made building rapport with my psychologist even easier. The booking process is so simple and my psychologist is always so present and never makes me feel like we’re on the clock or that there are any competing priorities in what I’m sure is a busy day for them! The care I receive is client centred and I walk away with a toolkit of strategies to help me through those challenging times. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, Good Minds has literally changed my life - Bridget

From the booking process to seeing my psychologist, the process was pretty smooth. I had never used Telehealth before and initially, I was a bit concerned about how it would go. However, my psychologist made me feel at ease with the video session. The fact that I could have ongoing sessions bulk billed really helped my financial situation because my partner had lost her job. Minus one star as it's definitely not the same as Face to Face.
