Good Games Town Hall

Friendly staff always going above an beyond to fulfil my order and meet expectations. The store has an old worldy vibe. Prices are admittedly a little higher than other LGS’ but in the city I guess expect slightly higher prices than elsewhere.

Discovered by chance, a great place for games, plenty of choices. The assistant was very helpful and provided good explanation on how the games work.

Incredibly helpful and enthusiastic staff who taught me a bunch about the products aswell as the great events with going their always being a fun time.

Probably one of the best places to get all the items you need for your game related hobby. Sorry i did not get his name but the man that attended to me gave me really good advice and was very patient as well. Hey mate, there was no lugia in those two packs but still good chat tho! Cheers!

Called to see if they had any Eldar Windriders in stock, was told they didn't. Went in to browse anyway and saw they did indeed have Windriders in stock.

Either its just laziness or incompetence from the staff but it rubbed me the wrong way. The shelf is 10 steps away from the phone. Didnt buy them.

It is highly unlikely you will not be able to find a board game you are looking for. The store is easy to find, conveniently placed in Town Hall and the service is very helpful. They know their games!

Good selection of games available, there is something for everyone! From kids games, family games, casual and complex board games, card games and puzzles.

Good general games store with a lot of selection. Don't come for Warhammer though, it appears they are no longer planning on stocking it and the selection was tiny.

Credit where credit is due. Price matched the Charizard UPC for a large discount. And then packaged up the box really nicely for me including bubble wrap and a fresh outer carton. Thanks.

Great place but if you're looking for better prices (this place sells at double), look on amazon.

Been here a few times to purchase various products, staff is very friendly and helpful for the most part but I’ve had a few bad experiences with a particular staff member that comes across as a bit rude and unwelcoming which doesn’t really want to make me come back. Last time I was there I walked up to the counter to make a purchase while they were having a D&D conversation with someone behind the counter, seemed annoyed that I interrupted them and was very brief and kind of rude during the transaction which I found unpleasant.

It's a Good Games store. Had some odd, interesting pieces that differed from other places I've been. Staff weren't overly friendly and seemed irritated by a patron with limited English skills.

Decent selection of products but severely lacking GW products. Also, not exactly competitive prices

Friendly staff and very helpful. Purchased some Pokémon cards for my son so guidance was needed. Seemed to have a lot of different cards, dice and other ‘game stuff’.

A gaming paradise right in the heart of Sydney, lots of games choices to purchase, looked like they even held gaming nights and in store events too!

Great that they're checking Covid Vaccinations and check ins. Safety being important to the staff is really comforting

The shop itself and the selection is decent enough but the staff at the town hall store are seriously lacking when it comes to customer service

The crew at the central store are better even if the store is a bit less polished up there

Great selection of games and friendly staff. I was introduced to this store due to my curiosity with Magic the Gathering. With help by the staff I was able to build a new passion. Coming in for their events is helpful and create new friends. Even if you are new to a games the fellow card game and board game players are welcoming. Hopefully when covid restrictions end more event will come up.

A huge range of board games & role-playing games and also plastic hobby and paints an upstairs there is a magic the Gathering games area

Recently renovated so it's a lot more welcoming than before. Great selection of board games and miniatures
