Overall very amazing. The cashier Theresa was very nice and helpful as when my drink wasn’t on the menu she suggested a wonderful alternative.

Anytime come with good service by the same person, no matter how busy he always kind to take the order, I got his name today, thanks to Mavis.

I visited this store today and ordered 4 drinks.
My order came with a cap instead of a seal, so I asked the staff if she could seal it instead. She immediately rolled her eyes at me and took the drink to seal it.
I completely understand that when there's lots of customers you can get very stressed, however, I think there is not a valid reason to roll your eyes at a customer.

Hands down to one of the worst gong cha franchise out there. Was 5x worse than the one in circular quay. How can you charge nearly $8 for a single drink with half of it ice? Service was incredibly slow and drink was poorly made. If you want good Gong Cha, the one in Cabramatta is a lot better.

I come from the background of nepalese, I really liked when there was a girl work there who was same as me! She helped me out a ton when I didn’t really get the menu haha I was new comer, pleased with everything, i will be backkk!

The staff's name is Ryan or something who is so rude with the customers. When he took our order like yelling at us also rolling his eyes when customers asked. I do not recommend with that tea shop

I feel so sorry for the staff here. They're always understaffed and super busy. I ordered a hot matcha red bean which took 15 minutes to make and ended up being room temperature. Plus, the manager kept yelling at people to use the automated pay machine, but there is a surcharge for card so one of the staff had to stop what they were doing as I wanted to pay with cash at the counter. If you want people to use card, then don't charge a surcharge for the privlige. Seems obvious.

Worst service in the WORLD
Their tables, chairs and floors were covered in rubbish and spilt drinks.
I ordered my drink and they skipped over my number 34 - and started calling numbers in the 40s
It wasn’t until I went and asked for my drinks that they then made them.
Originally I came in to get the mega mug that I had seen on tiktok & I was told they would restock tomorrow
So I returned the next day whilst on my break at work.
I ran from Surry hills to regent place to be told that they hadn’t restocked and don’t know when they will be restocking.
Disgusting service, disgusting store.
I am so disappointed. I hope their head office is ashamed of this store.

Very messy and trash everywhere. Staff do not attend to customers and clearly do not care about the environment they work in.

Love this place! They have a nice variety of drinks. I have tried several types and I loved all of them.stuffs are efficient and cooperative.very quick service!

Great store, love the kpop songs they play. When it's busy, wait time is a bit long so I recommend quieter hours but overall long wait doesn't affect quality. Also really convenient place to grab a tea and stroll around the city

I usually order the same drink (milk foam green tea) from the same this branch. This time the order was quite disapppointing because the cheese was not filled until the rim of the cup whereas usually it was more.

Taste wise it’s still good but it’s not worth to buy if they can’t even fill the cup full.

I went there to buy my usual Jasmine Milk tea, but today I’m very disappointed with the service. I saw the staff used an old mixture for the drink and added more water as its not enough for a cup. I didn’t thought that was mine as I requested less ice. Turns out yes, its for me. Unfortunately I was in a hurry to catch my train so I can’t complaint straight away. It tasted terrible. To imagine I paid 6bucks for this, such a shame. I always choose Gong Cha because the Jasmine Tea is a blast, now I’m not coming back.

Ordered and wait very long just for one tea. Staff was doing all the uber order first. We were the only one waiting. And when we asked was told “ you only ordered one” which was rude considering the other 2 uber orders were like 4-5 cups each. Would have been wise to make ours first. Just basic common sense.

Shop was clean. Service was good and relatively fast. An overall good experience at this Gong Cha.

I love all the te are delicious the last I drink was with milk so nice, the only problem but is not a problem the air-conditioner is so cold inside hahaha but so nice and very clean we finish one and they came to clean the table and I said we are gonnna drink another.

Good and quick service and good customer service, better than the other gong cha which the staff talk behind your back.

Bought regular brown sugar milk tea with pearls and asked for service/tap water for my daughter but they didn't allow to even though I said i can pay for the cup if they want but still they said NO
