Classic milk tea less sugar. Nice, just what you'd expect. Probs great if you're craving it:)

Having not visited Gong Cha, I sought advice from the lovely young lady serving who was incredibly helpful and offered suggestions. I loved my tea! The only downside was that they were out of aloe vera.

Customer Service was great and made sure my order was exactly what i wanted, such as ice and sugar levels and fresh milk or milk tea.

Excellent customer service by friendly staff, patient and clear on what we ordered. One of the best Gong Cha stores around! An example of what an impressive store should be like (unlike other Gong Cha stores in Sydney).

Massive menu! Lots to choose from. If you can see past the packaging, the drinks are good! Wish the hot version came in large size. Opt for less ice or less sugar to suit your preference. Love the grape tea eith basil seed and aloe!

Very quick service. I like that I don’t need to wait! Peach green tea with coconut jelly yum!

Tried the milk bubble tea at this place. Friendly service and being the first time to taste, was excellent and will come back again.

The fastest service in the area. Every time I’m there. I order, go to the pick up area and my drink is already done!

I always like the tea here. But with face masks and the barrier it's impossible to hear what your staff are saying.

I ordered a royal pearl milk tea. She asked if I wanted toppings. I said no. And she prepared a milk tea with no pearls. Like what? ! I assume royal pearl milk tea would normally have pearls in it! She did offer to make it again but i was too annoyed to continue further interaction with her. Luckily the tea tastes really good here.

Best tasting latte in the area and the quickest service in the Eastern suburbs. Very happy this! Thank you girls - I will definitely come again.

I know there is a Toffee Oolong Milk Tea but I always change it to Toffee Green Milk Tea with white pearls.

Very good, not so sweet and white pearls are always chewy. Thank you for the quick service and prompt suggestion to the young man working.

The staff were quick and efficient with my order and they were super friendly as well. Definitely will be coming back for more after the wonderful service i received!

I've become addicted to bubble tea! My favourite is the Peach Green Tea with mango pearls and lychee jelly. I also like the Caramel Milk Tea with pearls.

Best tea but worst staff (5: 40ish pm). Chatting while we were waiting to order and took a loooooooooooooong time to make 3 milk teas.and didnt gave us red lids for the foam toppings after we asked for it and got confirmation.

Excellent green tea and the brown sugar milk tea was on point. Efficient and friendly staff, great customer service, especially sweet smile from cool boy make me keep coming

If this is your first time drinking Gong Cha and you don’t know what to order then order from TOP 10. You won’t be disappointed! Staff were so patient and friendly. I suggest these two drinks, really happy and satisfied!

I bought my tea in gongcha pacific square maroubra branch.while waiting for my egg waffle i accidentally dropped my tea.i made a big spill which can be a really bad hazard if someone will step on it.i was just right in front of the gongcha tea shop and i was hoping they would assist me.i know that the shop was busy but the only help i get was a piece of tissue.when i ask if they have a spill sign i was told that “it is not our job and you can look for the cleaners inside the shopping centre” it was so disappointing.i was upset that I talked to one of the staff but he just said ok and smiled maybe just to shoo me off the shop.please give training to your staff especially when it comes to work health and safety.and of course good customer service. I will be posting this comment to social media too.thanks

Very bad customer service always rude. Three times I went there they made the order wrong. Manager and her partner always talk rude.unbelievably very uncomfortable conversations about customers. I asked not to add ice it’s was ice in the drink. Next time I paid extra for form but no form was in the drink. I had my few friends went there they had same issue always order got wrong. For their mistake that asked me to not to comeback. Is that how customer service should be? For their mistakes they ask customers not to come back.

I wanted to give them another chance as they have in their page customer satisfaction happy and wealthy customer service. But they don’t want to serve me again as because I complained. How rude very unprofessional lady manager.
