I recieved great service from these 3 lovely girls 2 with glasses on a thrusday afternoon. I am beyond happy with the service they deserve the world thank you for this one of a kind experience

Ordered the 3js. Customer service was great and was generous will toppings. Flavour of tea was ok, however tasted a but light (like watered down kinda light). Service was really efficient.

Staff were friendly and efficient; was a busy evening but nobody looked stressed or unhappy. It’s bubble tea - you can’t really go wrong.

Paid a high price for a "large" which was the size of a medium elsewhere.
Asked for an empty cup to share with a child and they said "the owners count the cups" and couldn't give me one.
Very disappointed

Added lychee jelly and it was pearls. The lychee pearls taste awful and ruin the drink. Use normal lychee! Also wait times are ridiculous and staff get mad when you change what’s in your drink.

I've gone here many times but never bought one bc they are sooooo slow I always end up leaving, even today there was 1 person in front of me so I thought finally I can get a going cha. Nope I ended up waiting to long and leaving. The fact I'm in my lunch break is what makes time such a factor for me

Not good. I ordered a herbal milk tea but the herbal jelly was in bit of pieces and it looked disgusting to drink. A girl made it for me

Don’t ever buy drinks from here. I ordered a Lychee Oolong and they just put plain tea with no lychee syrup.
Not happy.

Poor customer service, my partner had to initiate the order and the cashier did not specify what size, sugar level and ice level.

Also the lack of transparency from communication.

Definitely a room for improvement.

Disgusting service, I was about to faint and requested water and they said they can’t give the cup I said I would pay for the water and the cup and they said they didn’t have the button to charge for it. And I didn’t get my water, I drove down to McDonald’s next door and got my water. I’m fine thanks to McDonald’s and their beautiful service. Human curtesy

Great service and super friendly staff and the newly opened place is super clean. Love the cleanness of this place, just reassures you all ingredients are well looked after and stored correctly.
The passion fruit green tea with aloe, little sugar is absolutely the best and these guys made it so so good.
I’m glad this place opened up right around the corner as I will be visiting more often now?

Bought four gongcha drinks all with pearls and large toppings and was given three small straws and one big straw. I only realised this when I got home. Definitely room for improvement.

Great customer service and nice clean place.
I just wish there was a rubbish bin cos I had to take my cup back and dump in my car lol…
Please provide a rubbish bin near by so we can empty

Happened to be passing when they were setting up to get ready for their first day and they were lovely enough to offer to make me a drink.
Lovely service and friendly faces.
Seemed to be a really tight-knit group of people working together
I hope their opening day goes well and that everyone comes along to support them
