Gong Cha Canley Heights

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never returning, since there's one just down the road and also in Cabramatta!

Not true to there opening hours, they say they will open at 8: 30 but they didn’t even open to around 9: 30, if you aren’t going to even open that early don’t put it on your website page people have to go to work and not waste there time waiting for your shop to open

My favourite gong cha i’ve been to.every time i’m here which is once a week or every two weeks, i’m treated with kindness and respect.i’ve never found myself having been upset with toppings generosity and tonight when i came last minute (10: 56pm), the staff were so kind and said a lovely goodbye even after i had come at such a late time.for sure my go-to gong cha.

Been to a few gongcha and this one is the most disappointing, rude service and VERY mean with the toppings. Anywhere else, you get 3-4 times more than what they add. Won't be back.

Awful customer service! The girl gave me drinks with a cold face and did not say thank you! So dissaponited! This was always my favourite place to enjoy drinks! The girl who worked on 2/7.

Gong Cha Canley Heights is hands down the best Gong Cha I’ve been to, throughout Sydney, and I’ve been to a lot. I travel from past campbelltown just to go there. The staff are so lovely, polite and welcoming, and they all remember my order. Im that kind of regular hehe. The pearls are always fresh coz they make them fresh every day and the egg waffles are to die for. Definitely worth the travel and money well spent.

Asked for no ice, even the sticker says no ice. Guy refused to make it properly. Awful service. Do not come here

Friendly staff and sometimes they stay open pas closing time, not sure if it was a one off or if other people had the same issue but the our milk tea tasted different to how they should, like something was burnt or added in, but overall a great gongcha

Girl was rude, and I had to take my mask off to speak so she could hear. She's obviously not fluent with English but really had the attitude to correct my order? And still missed the sugar detail for all of them anyway.

Honestly, ruining a good name

Staff is friendly and it's definitely a local spot (not as busy as the cafes that surround Canley Heights but definitely still very busy at some times). It can be an issue for staff to understand what you're saying over the crowd but it isn't there fault so I can't critique them for that. Otherwise, if you need a Bubble Tea fix whilst you're in the area, it's a nice area to go to. Nothing special but nothing bad either. It's nice:)

The actual product, Gong Cha Tea, is fantastic however, the service at the Canley Heights branch is ridiculously poor, rude and leaves much to be desired particularly if you’re not from the predominant cultural race of the area, in essence, Vietnamese. You’re better off purchasing a Gong Cha Tea at another branch.

Unhygienic. Found a fly in my large pearl milk tea. Worst experience here, I used to come here often but I don’t know anymore.

I can't believe this shop serves customers so badly, I can't believe my eyes, many times the staff keeps poking at the sun making me very difficult. I bought water, but did not do anything to you, why treat me like that.

The staff is too bad, no respect for customers, from taking orders to giving orders to customers also without thanks, irresponsible to customers. "Trainee" he need to quit this job.

One of the better locations of gong Cha, staff are friendly, waiting times aren't that bad and they genuinely follow orders without messing them up!

I brought my own cup because I didn't want to use plastic cup. They were happy to do that. Some places might not be open to it. Still got to enjoy my milk tea:)

I always want to come back here again. It is very nice that they always double-check with my order to make sure what I really want. Other customers should listen to them when they doue-check.
