Gong Cha

Today I ordered a drink with Half Sugar from Gong Cha Cabramatta but it tasted very sweet. It’s look like it didn’t reduce the sugar levels for me. I went back to the store and I asked them to change for me but they refused to change it. They said they only put extra ice. It is so funny that to know that the way they reduce sugar level is put more ice in it.

Staffs so rude, drink taste under average.don't buy boba tea here, there's more choices for you guys

The only downfall here, is the fact that my order is ready before they hand me a receipt! SO BLOODY QUICK AND SO EFFICIENT!

When i drink number 3, the aloe keep getting stuck into the straw and i couldn’t drink in ease

Fastest gong cha store around, ordering takes less than a minute and speed of making the drinks takes a minute too!

Sometimes by the time you order, your drink is finished. Staff are friendly and patient when indecisive of drink!

Very bad service. Today around 12: 00 pm I bought the milk tea and the girl with short hair at the cashier counter was so rude to us for no reason. After scanning my cup count stamp card she slammed the scanner so hard to the table and her face looked so aggressive. I was so disappointed. I have been buying milk tea from this store for years. But this is the first time I have this bad experience.

4 girls on, extremely slow, one girl doing actual work. The others sitting down on their phones with AirPods in, talking about who’s on and complaining. I was standing there waiting for their conversation to even be looked at and served. Extremely disgusting customer service.

Customer service is Zero, those staff were talking in thier language and chatting that they dont even listen what customer is asking for. And keep talking to themselves only. Will never return to this one

Be careful when ordering smoothies. I ordered the matcha smoothie with cheese foam and it gave me food poisoning the next day.

The best goncha place in Sydney. Their drinks come on time when we order on uber and they put extra jelly without asking them. Superb service. Highly recommend to everyone

Nice tea with a good variety of different selections. The service time is a bit longer than usual in the times I have been. There is usually a slightly long line, but if its not too long, the wait is worth it.

This place pumps out bubble tea like nobody's business. Service a little indifferent but efficient, orders get completed in a flash.

Store Franchisor needs to pay attention to the drink quality. It’s not very consistent, considering retrain your staff. Also customer service like mentioned by other reviewers.

Basically tried nearly every Gong Cha location in Sydney and it just seems to always taste best at the Cabramatta location lol

Best Gongcha outlet across entire Sydney area. Each staff member seems to have three set of hands, they're always able to accurately and swiftly make three drinks in less than 3 minutes every time on top of long queues (from my experience). Taste of drinks are always consistent. Staff members have always been positive and friendly, although they don't give small talks which are totally okay. Great Gongcha outlet!

I had a bad experience at this store today! The female cashier had a bad attitude when serving customers of the shop! She did not warmly welcome customers but also had a disrespectful attitude, I have accumulated 10 glasses and I wanted to exchange for a free glass but when I talked to her and she used onions.moves to guide me with an expression of disgust and contempt for me! Really disappointed, I think this will be the last time I buy milk tea at this store! The time frame that I go to the store is around 3: 25pm to 3: 40pm
