Staff named Emon acted like i am begging for free drink from her. So bad look for the company. It’s just a drink! I didn’t want any good customer service. But when you treat me like i am begging, I can’t stand.
Other male staff who made the drinks was so fast and kind.

One staff spoke very badly to customers. He wears glasses and is chubby. I've heard many people say like I saw today. Yes, it's true. He's a service provider, he should behave more politely. So baddddd!

I got a brown sugar fresh milk and the cup wasn’t sealed correctly, so it would spill when I tried to mix it and the pearls were hard.

Not worth it at all! I had a brown sugar and passionfruit bubble tea and comparing with other Gong Cha stores it was disgusting! The guy didn't tried to make them properly and forgot to but bubbles inside. Please, save your money and better spend in other bubble tea places, this one is not worth to be opened at all!

18: 26 - The staff whose doing cashier, provide no customer service and when customer paid by cash, the change doesn't go back by hand, it goes onto the table instead and looks down while doing so. If the staff doesn't want to make contact, he needs to have a tray for customers' to collect their change

5.20pm Monday peak hour for people heading home and you're sold out of Pearls. This is the 4th time ive been here and they have been sold outnof Pearls. Given you close at 8pm you should have probably thought about making more when you were out of stock. Otherwise service is generally ok and no issues, but dissapointing that you are out of Pearls on a regular basis.

These kids don't know the meaning of hot tea. I ordered here twice from different people and I've been given it just above cold and I had to get it changed and it's become warm at best.

Think the owner is cutting costs or this rotation of staff is bad or something, it's tasted funny for a few weeks now and they just keep telling me it's the same but like it doesn't taste the same as the one down the street so.

U need to get rid of an asain lady who worked on Thursday 3 Nov at 1600. She is very rude to customers!

Ordered Mango Yogurt with low sugar, but my drink was just sugary water with a hint of mango flavour. No yogurt at all, not even a milky flavour!
Awful costumer service. Will never come back.

Put lychee pearls instead of regular pearls asked for into my earl grey milk tea, making it taste horrible.

Honestly really sad to say how bad my experience was. For such a well known chain, they really let me down. I won't be coming to this branch again. I asked if they had any pearls -since its common for bbt places to run out around 5pm, and the man serving me assumed i just wanted to order a cup of pearls? Secondly, the man with the glasses decided to serve my bf (really dont like when they do this- it just makes it confusing for the customer when numerous staff serve you at a fast food place). This man in the glasses lost his patience when my bf wanted to confirm if pearl milk tea had pearls in, a simple mistake. The man decides to say 'yes that is why its called bbt with pearls' in an impatient tone. Honestly treating your customers with 0 patience is not gonna get you anywhere and looking at the reviews it looks like this man has gotten a few low ratings.

The service so rude, the guys there need more training for serving customer, like seriusly if you r not in goodmood dont go there it will totally ruin ur day

The male cashier is so rude when taking order. The order took so long even not many customers!
The other males staff is also rude when giving my milk tea!

Thank you to the very lovely woman working tonight (Thursday) who made us delicious drinks with lots of milk foam. Great service

You should TRAIN the boys how to BEHAVE & treat customer nicely.

Im wondering how come you can hire a guy who doesnt even know how to do a "SIMPLE" customer service. THEY DONT EVEN SAY HI AND ASKING THE MONEY LIKE THEY WANT TO ROB ME.

No manners, very bad customer service experience. Please at least train your staff how to do a simple customer service. Especially the boy with glasses who picking up an order.

Order came out quite promptly. There's only 1 staff and it wasn't too busy. Probably about 2 people in the queue.
Flavour was average.

This place gets alot of traffic so sometimes lining up becomes hectic as people push in/don't know where to stand. I wouldn't place that as the issue with the actual place though. The drinks are consistent and good! Service can vary from friendly to a little bit rude at times, but as said, it's in a chaotic place and the workers need to keep the line from getting too big.

I went today 13th April at around 7: 30 pm. There were two people in the store, a young female (who I believe is new as I don't see her there normally) and the regular guy with glasses on. The female took my order and the guy prepped it.

I ordered Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea. I was the only person ordering so it didn't take long. However, when they gave me the order, it was Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with pearls.

I told the guy that I ordered Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea (which is my usual order being a regular customer) but the guy said he heard me say "Yes" to Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with pearls. I don't have the white slip/order number as they didn't give it to me and again I'm the only person ordering anyway.

I said "Yes" when the girl asked me do I want Pearls on it. That is what I said "Yes" to. I cannot do much as it is 2 against 1. It was disappointing.

I guess this review wouldn't make much difference to overall service but at least, at the very basic, we should at least get the value for the product we paid for.

The Gong Cha store I visited at 13/04/2021 at 7: 30 PM was the Gong Cha under the Tunnel near entrance of Town Hall Station. The Gong Chat store is also in front of Bread Top store.
