Gong Cha reviews
22The reason for the one star review is because of the tea. Other than that the customer service In liverpool Westfield was the worst I have experience they don’t deserve to even get one star! The girl that was serving my daughter and I should not be at the front counter! I rather go to cha time than come Back!
Always fast with service while maintaining friendly attitude! Never have gotten an order wrong, would recommend to stop by when you need to quench your thirst!
Worst Manager Ha Phan who even doesn't know what is a Customer service. Selling product without receipt, even she doesn't know how to give a EFTPOS receipt. No evidence how much they charging for EFTPOS surcharge. Racist and rude behave to local community.
Fast, efficient & reliable service.
The lines are usually quite busy here.but, the staffs are always friendly & still provide excellent service.
I ordered an Earl Gray Milk tea with 3 Js, instead of black pearls, i opt to swap it with white pearls. At every other franchise location, they would charge me the menu price. Here at Liverpool, they charged every topping individually making it more expensive.
Their drinks are always on point. Be warned that there's always a long line here though, especially after school.
Fast and efficient team behind the counter. There could be a long line of customers waiting to be served, but in less than 5 min your order would be ready.
If your a diabetic be warned, your better off drinking a can of coke. Very sugary. My diabetes is well controlled. All I had was a sushi box with a zero & a large Honey dew milk tea. When I got home my sugar was 15. Your better of with a coffee & a cake for desert. Make sure you have no sugar with your tea, it tastes just as sweet, without the sugar.
Love this place! Most of the time, one time they got my drink all wrong while chatting the entire time and had to remake it and didn’t even ask me to wait a little more kindly, just kept laughing and remaking it, but that was the only time it went wrong! I love the drinks, the quality is great, i always purchase a similar range of drinks, (the milk teas are my favourite?) so i’m not quite sure about the rest of the ranges! The sweetness is nice, they’re a tad bit too iced and freezing cold but it’s a lovely refreshment, today i encountered a sweet worker who was smiling and speaking really nicely all the way! Wore a grey hat and black hair in a ponytail from what i remember, drinks are great, service is usually okay! And i love the short time span, takes 2-3 minutes max unless there are complications, definitely coming again!: -D
One of the girls at the counter needs to relax. The place being quite loud and wearing a mask while ordering may make it hard for them to hear but instead of politely asking me to speak louder, she shouted in a very rude way "Can't you speak louder please" - like saying please was gonna take away the impertinent tone of her voice lmfao. How about you calm the hell down PleAsE. You'd think working at the counter would've at least taught her to fake speaking nicely to customers. Calm the attitude dude.
(POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Had purchased two brown sugar milk tea drinks, to have one of the drinks brown sugar syrup substituted for something else. They had tried to sell it off as brown sugar but the consistency and colour were totally different.
The staff had rudely asked me to get refund, and in doing so i had asked for a spare cup to share my only brown sugar tea… they had told me we don’t give out free cups…. And even when I offered to pay for a spare cup they should have given it to me out of competition… yet they refused to give customer service, after speaking Chinese under there breath to one another.
I do like the drinks here but really really bad customers service they always seems to make mistakes on my order cause to much chattering and they don't pay attention to my order as a paying customer
Most of the time I like this place. Depends whose working. Sometimes the young staff do mistakes even though I paid extra for sugar. But I still go there from time to time.
I had avoided this place for a while because it’s always packed, I assumed that because of this, they must have great bubble tea. I’m not really sure what went wrong here, but the pearls had a really muddy flavour to them and were difficult to chew. I wasn’t a fan. Perhaps the fruit teas are better?
Very very very fast service and exceptional tea. I recommend the passionfruit green tea with rainbow jelly and the taro milk tea with black pearls
Huge varieties of tea, smooties, frappe and cheap. Great in taste. Coconut jelly topping is my personal favorite give it a try.
Gong Cha Liverpool has lots of Asian culture, and they have a variety of different flavours, including the royal pearl milk tea. The queue is usually long, but the drinks are really nice!
Terrible customer service. Do not serve first customer first. He chooses his own and serve whoever he wants first. No work ethic
First time been here was a great experience that I got impressed by a pink hair with glasses girl by her great service as well as her great attitude. 10 points for the girl
Towards half of the day being over, they would always say that their milk foam green tea is out. I know because I always order this and they always tell me that they ran out. I would always ask for milk foam earl grey first and that’s never stocked which is why I opted for milk foam green tea. What’s the point of having milk foam earl grey on the menu if you’re not going to serve it? The service is okay I guess, not the best.
