Gold's Gym Miranda

Worst gym in the shire. No gym etiquette from customers. Rude meat heads, don’t wipe down equipment after use and aren’t pulled up by staff for grotesque behaviour. Staff says “we can’t do anything ”

Miranda Gold's Gym is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. The level of focus and discipline among the members is truly inspiring, and the atmosphere is electric with the energy of motivated athletes. The staff also have a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. I want to give a special shoutout to Adam, an incredible personal trainer. His expertise has helped me achieve an impressive weight transformation of over 25 kilos in just a few months. If you're serious about your fitness goals, this is the gym to be at.

I've found my fitness fam! The team at Gold's are so supportive with my fitness goals and make the gym environment a welcoming one. Adam's been amazing with training and coaching me towards my goals and not only have I reactivated my love for fitness with his help, I'm appreciating and liking my body again after two kids. We have been members of Gold’s Gym Miranda for about 5 years now and we love the place. Excellent staff, plenty of high quality equipment and a great atmosphere to work out in. Me, my wife and our three adult kids all go to Gold’s. No matter what level you’re at, you’re made to feel welcome. 5 stars from us!

Honestly the best gym in the shire. The people, the atmosphere, the equipment is all top of the top. Absolutely love the gym and highly recommend to anyone. They even have a creche with the best supervisor in there. You will not be disappointed.

Have been going to Golds since 2016 since I first started getting into my fitness and can’t really fault the gym no matter where you are in your health/fitness journey. Constantly investing in new machines and products for its users with a large variety in a clean and incredibly motivating environment.

Gold’s Gym Miranda by far has to be the best gym I’ve ever trained at… I’m so glad I joined!
I highly recommend to anyone, it’s clean, organised and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
The gym has a motivating vibe, a huge selection of quality equipment including machines, free weights, excellent cardio facilities and a crèche for busy parents.

Back at Golds after trying a gym closer to home. The other gym definitely doesn’t have the same energy, awesome people, the best equipment in Sydney, the best owners and staff.
Everyone at Golds is super friendly and helpful.
Now when i get to the gym i look around and get inspired to train harder. And no pesky school kids!
Why did i leave?

Great gym with a large selection of equipment and free weights to use, parking is usually easy to get, they have a creche that runs at certain hours which is handy for those with little ones, and there's a great Cafe located on the ground floor. I would say that this gym houses lots of very well-trained bodies so newbies may either feel intimidated or encourage depending on how they look at it. That said everyone really is nice and happy to assist. Great gym ️‍️

Great gym, lots of equipment and lots of room including a whole room for legs and outdoor circuit and cardio area. Rarely can’t get onto something you want to.

Pheeeww. What to say? Nice staff. A thousand machines. A lot of (not so) mysteriously huge mammals getting around in there. Plus much botox and fake parts. A lot of mirror gazing. If you want a career as a bodybuilder - here's your spot.

A member focused club that feels more like a family.
I don’t know many other gyms in the Shire that have a genuine interest in their members health and happiness like Michelle and Ed do. From the warm welcome, to the first class equipment and the enormous amounts of encouragement and support. Their members are pretty awesome and approachable too. Don’t know anyone yet and feeling a little out of your comfort zone? Then join in on the next Bootcamp, it will take your training to the next level whilst making some great mates in the process!

Both the staff and members are so welcoming! Any time I’ve had trouble with equipment, another member has always come in to help without being asked. There is loads of training equipment and space. It’s a pleasure training here
