Horrible place to go for nail art. I then changed my mind to do neon yellow French tips and the lines weren’t even sharp or smooth and everytime I told her to fix something up she would give me attitude. If I am paying $70 for an acrylic set with French tips the least I expect is for u to do the French tips right with the shape I want. I will never go back. Waste of my money and not accomodating at all

I have been coming here for a fair few months now, I have always had great experiences, my nails always turn out so much better than expected, I love the shape and style and the ladies who do the nails listen to what you're looking for. I have read a lot of low reviews, and whilst most people tend to only post a review when they have a bad experience, I wanted to post one because I really enjoy this nail salon. Luckily I have no had a bad experience at all, I just wanted to write this to let people know that these ladies are amazing at SNS and I have had a lovely experience every time I do go with no negative things happen.

DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE! THEY CHARGE YOU NO MATTER WHAT! I come here every couple of weeks and get pedicures and eyebrow waxing. The last couple of times of having my eyebrows waxed the skin has been ripped off due to the wax used. This takes weeks to heal. Each time I still pay for the service irrespective. They do not even not charge you due to their service failures. But this time I asked they pluck my eyebrows and instead they were waxed again and when I said that my skin has come off and is sore the owner states that it is just red, put paw paw ointment on it and still charged me for the service. How ridiculous! She claims that the worker does not understand english. Put someone that does. Never going back again! Do not go there.they still charge you for services regardless of their damage with no regard to customers needs

Wow! I wish I looked at the reviews before going. I asked how much for pedicure and acrylics was told $85. At the end I was charged $100 because I got a design but was never told it was extra. My friend also was charged the same amount as me and she only got infills. I came in with red regular nail polish on and the technician didn’t take it all off. You can still see it. My nail polish is under even and most nails have bumps and bubbles under them. The technician got my nails a few times and was quite rude actually. Only went here because polish nails were busy. Won’t come back.

Terrible Sevices! She was rude and don’t respect the customer, I won’t come back and not recommend.

Great service and very relaxing! Love that they still include the leg scrub and massage and hot rocks!

Went here with my mother to get our nails done, absolutely lovely customer service from the ladies. They also did an amazing job with our nails. 10/10 will come back again soon

This was literally my first time here and won’t be comming back at all, I came in for infill shellac and I told the girl I didn’t wanna go shorter and she went ahead and cut it shorter so now my nails are uneven and shaped differently never again will be back

Best place to get my nails done so far. So in love with the price and quality of their services and friendly staff. The lady who did my full set SNS her name Cindy or Sandy (I can’t remember) she did really good job and they turned out amazing!

This shop was unreliable. I really do not like the staff speak Vietnamese and not English.
I redeemed two vouchers at this shop. They over charged me $20 and saying that it is used to cover their cost to Groupon. Now I pay more than the normal price (without using the Groupon).

I have come here for years now, mostly always with good experiences. Today however, I had to wait at least 30 minutes before anyone even gave me a colour section to look at for a pedicure. Very disappointed in the service today. They are due to close in 25 min and not one person has started my treatment.
I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but today is definitely unreasonable.

Sandy work is amazing she definitely does go above & beyond for her customers. I am so happy with my nails now. Thank you Sandy!

I recently had a Shellac Mani and Pedi done. I found the nail technician's service to be unprofessional to which can only be described as "crude". My nails were painted on thickly, 3 of my fingers were slightly bleeding after the use of an electric nail file machine and she didn't bother to apply any cuticle oil which is standard practice. Now my cuticles are flaking/peeling. I'm very disappointed because she did not take care and the whole service just left me feeling stressed.

Waited for 50min for my toes to be pedicured.
Water was cold once I sat down.
I caught a fungal infection due to shaving too much skin and no treatment ointment applied.
I wouldn't return. Much more hygienic places around.

Didn't like t at all want be going back I found the staff rude n have no customer service at all n even wanted to charge $2 surcharge for using my credit card. Very dissapointed will never go back again n they even charged me $10 to remove the SNS that's terrible no one else charges for that I only stayed cause I really had to get my nails done cause I had an event to go to.

I know no other place that does manicures and pedicures with as much massages as this place does

Love this place! I’ve been going for a few years now for my nails and they always do a stunning job. Decent prices and great service. Highly recommended.

The girls are so lovely here. Been going on and off for 2 years now to get my eyelash extensions and OMG they are amazing. If you are a regular they have your name in their book so you have the extension size you love and you don't have to remember or anything. The quality of them is high, only ever had one minor issue and straight away they fixed it whilst apologizing profusely. Everytime I have been the girls there have been polite and welcoming, start up a conversation with you and have music in the background. Overall experiences are 10/10! Highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed the pedi/mani with sns verry good. Staff are friendly and professional. Very happy with the results.

Don’t sell groupons if you don’t want to honour them!

Once the girls learnt you want to use groupon voucher, well congrats, you're officially guaranteed with a dodgy work done.will never return to this place again, and let's see how long will this rubbish business will last.
