Love this place! As a shift worker starting and finishing work at all hours, it's great to be able to get my car washed when it's convenient for me.

To Ali, hamid, and Hamilton at the cafe and shahid, and all staff at the Gold wash and cafe, not only is it the best car wash in sydney, but the most curtious, professional staff, there's also a beautiful menu to choose from, and a pool table, I've been coming here for year's, and wouldn't go anywhere else, the guy's always go the extra mile, love you all brother's.

Amazing service, they always do an immaculate job. Ali and the boys and all the staff go Above and Beyond, the attention to detail and professionalism is exceptional. The detail they put into my car I have never seen from any other car wash in Sydney and im very picky with who washes my car As its a brand new Genisis. They treat my car as if it were their own, giving it a perfect and thorough clean after a long days drive in the muddy roads. I highly recommend Golds Car Was for anyone looking for a spotless and professional car cleaning experience.

I needed my car cleaned after my two kids left sand in car and milk on leather seats. I was amazed by the level of detail given to my car yet at night which is more convenient as it’s open 24hrs. I would recommend it to all night drivers, parents and short time rental try Gold car wash & Cafe. Five star for me.

Pretty cool place to clean the car. And Rabbi, no doubt the best service I’ve ever sent, very kind person and so helpful for me.

This place used to be great, even in the early hours of the morning where there were plenty of customers and you could still enjoy a decent meal while you wait. Business seems to have changed hands recently and is an absolute shambles, it’s also no longer 24 hours so if you work odd hours this place is no longer an option at night. I tried to give them a chance a couple of times but experienced excessively long wait times, a poor quality wash, and the staff don’t seem to get along well. I’d expect better quality and service for the high price they charge. No EFTPOS available, they will make you use a high withdrawal fee ATM outside if you’re not already carrying cash as they don’t accept card inside. Very disappointing, won’t be coming back any more.

Very poor customer service. They made me wait 2 and half hours for my car to be ready. They do not make an effort to let you know your car is ready and just park it until you ask for it. I then had to spend time asking them to clean sections they had not cleaned.

They do not stick to advertised prices (which are very high anyway). They will charge more quoting random prices if they judge your car to be very dirty. What do they expect? Clean cars? Very rude and they don't care. I agree with other reviewers who have had similar problems.

I do not attend this car wash anymore. Shop around and pay less for better service by people who do not question how dirty your car is (trying to make more money and increase prices that are already high).

Be aware if you love your time please do not enter there. Use to be very good place to wash car now it becomes a slow and no management precent there. One of supervisors he shouted his co worker in front of everyone how ridicules! Unbelievable.

The worst place ever, been here since 12pm and 3 hours later not a single drop of water touched my car.promises are made yet not been executed as said.disgraceful

My wife took our car for a wash/clean. Very disappointed with the job and they scratched our car and didn’t care. The business seems to have been sold to someone who doesn’t care if you don’t come back. This was an awesome car wash last time we went. Busy, friendly and they did a great job. Avoid this place

Oh gosh where do I start?
The manager/owner doesn’t give a flying f about customer service, impossible to talk too, also many of you may not know he is so disrespectful to his employees!

It’s true what the other reviewers say, The standard used to be good but has gone down a lot. Brought my car in and it got all scratches on the bonnet, it took nearly 2 hrs with only 1 other car in attendance. They denied they did the damage of course, but it wasn’t there when I arrived. I wish I took before photos to prove it. Now going to cost me $100’s of dollars worth to repair and they shrugged it off as not their problem. Will never come here again.

Went to wash my car on Saturday at 12 pm, the person advise me that there was an hour and a half wait time and I said that’s ok we can do that and in the mean time eat at the cafe, the food was great. The problem was the time and the result of the wash, by 2: 15 pm my car hadn’t even been touched yet, when I came and sit outside they started on it and did about 30 minutes on it, left the interior dirty, the doors and door handles not clean, the cup holder was dirty, I have been here before and they never took that long or left the car that dirty, one woman had to cancel her car because she had been waiting 2 hours and the guys had not started on her car either. When she left the workers just laughed. Not coming back, paid 60 bucks and I could have done a better job with my Dyson in 10 min instead of waiting almost 3 hours.

Every time I go here I am impressed. Again today they gave my car a fantastic clean and handed me $30 which they found under my seats. I hadn't realised I had lost it! Great coffee and a free water too!

Amazing service! My car has never been this clean, even when it was brand new i think haha I’ll be regular from now on!

Just wanted to give my work vehicle a once over (bronze service) which should be $55ish but they said they could only do an interior/exterior wash, detail and polish for $180. I tried to explain that I just wanted the exterior and tyres done but the man with the iPad didn’t seem interested.

The car’s only worth about $5k guys, chill out
