The service is impeccable and I couldn’t rate this store enough. We regularly visit to make purchases as we own a cleaning business and without hesitation I would recommend to anyone I know.

The owner is such a lovely gentleman and it’s always a pleasant visit with great conversation, always wants what is best for his customers.

We recently brought a robo vacuum for our home and with his recommendation made a fantastic purchase. You won’t be disappointed when visiting.

I visited the Godfrey’s store at Mulgoa 30 minutes before closing time thinking I’d be rushed around or pressured into buying something to make sure they closed on time.

How very wrong I was! I was genuinely welcomed by the nicest sales man by the name of Emilio who took his time to show me the product I was after (Tineco) and although he couldn’t mark off the price, threw in the cleaning solution in for free for me. I gave him a budget of $200 for a vacuum and again, took his time showing me different models well within my price range.

I had so much fun picking a vacuum with no pressure.im so glad I went in store rather than purchasing online - who knew! Thank you Emilio from Penrith for great authentic service.

Hi I just ordered some stuff yesterday and I got the message the stuff is picked up today but nobody picked up and I called a number of times today before 5 pm nobody is answering my call. Please tell me who picked up the order.

Would not recommend buying a vacuum from Godfrey's. They do not satisfying or care about the customer if something goes wrong. Infact make out there is not a fault when clearly there is. When I bought a Hoover Regal for over a $1000 dollars, recommended from the store attendant with what I needed it for, had it a few months and I had a fault with it twice, being that the dust going in the bag and on the outside of the bag, though the machine and blowing dust out the back. They sent it away the second time to be inspected it took almost 3 weeks to be told that it doesn't have a fault and I could not get a refund. Absolutely terrible product and policy. I also paid $50 extra to have it serviced once a year. Can not trust the machine or Godfrey's service. To buy a product and it not work correctly and not be given a refund when there is a clear fault is disgraceful.

Purchased a $599 vacuum after the salesman had assured me a number of times that dog hair would not get entangled in the brush because of the way the machine was designed. Sorry I listened to his assurances - spent half an hour untangling dog hair after the first use.

Fantastic service, Allen really helped us not just with our vacuum but with our new steam mop as well, thank you Godfreys we will shop here again:)

Good range but the staff were not helpful. They pushed the lines they wanted to sell and downplayed the more superior brands. They even disregarded the reviews we mentioned. My advise is make your choice before going there and disregard the sales pitch.
