Tim the salesman was VERY professional knows his job, gave us alot of options including price range bang for buck from the top range to the bottom of the range, did NOT push the top dollar items as most salesmen do, we are extremely happy with the service and our salesman, in fact we were that happy we purchased a 2nd item, highly recommend Godfreys Maitland, well done and Thankyou for your honesty and knowledge we will DEFINATELY return for more purchases

We purchased a TK4 Extra Turbo Head for our ducted system. Staff at Maitland store ordered it from their warehouse and it arrived at our door a few days later. Great product and fabulous service.

The Staff at Godfreys Greenhills are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and certainly go above and beyond for customer service. It is certainly refreshing to have sales personnel that actually know and understand customers’ requirements and do not just sell items to meet targets. The sales personnel took the time to recommend an array of products to ensure my needs were met.

We used Dyson all our lives. They have gotten so bad they barely work anymore these dysons. Today we bought a Hoover Complete Upright and couldn't be happier it picks up stuff where the Dysons don't! And the Gentlemen who served me was so helpful and he even carried the Vacuum out to my car for me. Thanks heaps Godfreys I won't go anywhere else. He was so full of knowledge and helped me alot. I guess my husband was right when he said if you want a TV you go to a TV Shop and if you want a Vacuum you go to Vacuum Shop not a TV Shop! Godfreys East Maitland are Legends!

I feel kind of silly admitting this but I like Godfreys. A grown man liking a vacuum cleaner store? The guys here have been very helpful and genuine over many years. I remember the old store in Maitland mall. Always nice to deal with.

Excellent store, staff are happy and friendly and they helped me get something I actually needed instead of selling me something expensive that I didn't want. Lots of interesting stuff there and you can even test it all if you want! You don't get that at other places, it's all screwed to the display.

The workers were really nice and friemdly. They helped me out straight away and found me the cheapest solution to fix my vacuum.
