Returned a faulty carpet cleaner, they said they tested it and it was “missing a part” despite never receiving this part.
They offered no credit or refund despite the machine still not working.
Whatever you do - don’t buy anything here.

Excellent customer servers, huge store with wide range of products. Highly recommend this place if you are considering to buy high quality cleaning equipment.

Went in to godfreys today after my ALDI vacuum broke. I expected to be waiting around for a while and was pleasantly surprised when i was served immediately. The sales assistant, who i unfortunately did not get the name of, was very helpful and directed me to the best option from the vacuums i had looked at online. I was also unsure how i was going to the vacuum the 1km from Godfreys to the free bus stop as i have a disability and was concerned about carrying the vacuum that far. The store assistant informed me he was going for his lunch at a bakery by the free bus stop and offered me and the vacuum a lift. I can not recommend this service enough

Excellent service! The stuff who took care of me is very friendly and knowledgeable about products and items that I got were pretty reasonable price.

This is my favourite place to get quality effective price effective cleaning products, these guys stock Halo, the best glass and shiny surface cleaner I've ever used or seen, they have a huge range, better than the one at Shellharbour.
Here I was informed that cleaners get a 10 per cent discount, which is excellent on top of already great prices and always bargains to be had with clearance sales of various items at different times of really handy products that are usually hard to source and that really work.
The staff are great here always helpful and really know their cleaning products.

I bought a replacement battery for my Dyson stick vac last Sept.it started playing up about 3 months ago.we took it back but we told only 6 month warranty they would not at least contact their supplier or anything. Given that original battery worked for 3 years.i believe this is poor service. The battery was $79. I had been planning to buy a new vacumn there. NOT now

Went into Godfreys Fairymeadow to purchase an stick vacuum cleaner. I had already spent money on my Dyson which is a little overrated
I didn’t even know what I was looking for but after a quick chat with the friendly man named Abhi, he showed me a few options which he thought would suit me. I found him to be so helpful and informative and you could tell he knew his products. I love my Wertheim stick vacuum, the motor is great it sucks up all the kids crumbs, there is even a light on it, I am so pleased with my purchase and really appreciate the customer service I received which can be rare nowadays, i highly recommend Fairymeadow store.

Had an idea of what I needed/wanted and what I was prepared to spend to replace my broken vaccuum cleaner but I was surprised to have been given such excellent advice and service that I spent only a few more dollars and purchased the perfect vacc to clean my two bedroom apartment which has a shocking old carpet that really is hard work to clean. I highly recommend seeing Hetsav if you want great advice and service.

After service is very terrible and poor. You get a welcoming feel when you enter the store for the first time, however when it comes to AFTER SALES support - its pathetic & rude.

They kept my faulty vaccum cleaner for more than 2 weeks and was returned saying it was not repaired because I didnt gave the charger - now who is supposed to inform that to a customer? On top of that, the reception guy was very rude with an "I dont care attitude". All he said was we cannot do anything, speak to our headoffice. I will never buy any products from them where they do not stand with the products what they sell.
Is that you call an exceptional customer service? - from a very dissatisfied customer

They are alright for the smaller bits and peices but have waited over 3 weeks for my carpet shampoo machine when i was told max 1 week.

Amazing service from the moment I walked in the door.very welcoming and professional.
