Thought my machine was broken and the young gentleman who worked there helped me find the problem with the machine was just a blockage! Rare for me to post a public review, however my recent visit to the Burwood Godfrey’s store was superb. Nice store, good selection of products and friendly service from Dan the store rep.

Our vacuum broke. Godfreys were rude in their communication and completely refused to assist us, despite the fact that this machine was still under warranty and broke after only a few months of use. Will never be using again and will be advising others of this experience.
