I have purchased more than 3 vaccum machines from this store. Sales guys are always very patient and help me to chose right products. Recently, one of my vaccum machine stop charging, i brought it back. The gentlemen are so nice, spent half hour to test and help me find problem. And give me a new charger for free! He save me bigger money to buy a new machine! Their honest and heartwarm services will definately bring more customers.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I'm writing this Feedback for mr Brendan and his store manager, " Arvind " at Hornsby.
The service I received from Brendan was Exceptionally noted, hence it led me to post it online.
Vacuum cleaner broke and did not know why!
Brendan Literally took it Apart piece by piece and Thoroughly CLEANED it.
He was Trying to Save me Money as much as He Could.
Found what was wrong with it and with the Help of his manager Arvind, they BOTH Resourced a Reasonable and Speedy repair.
Was Contacted with Updates, while getting repaired.
I'm THANKFUL to Both of them, that I've purchased them few Pastries as my way of saying " Thank you ".
Brendan is an Exceptional sales man and Customer service is His Gig.
And, Arvind is Making Sure that the Professionalism Standards of the Store is Sky High.

Excellent service by Thush. Walked in to simply get some advice on a good vacuum for an office space, hoping to find it cheaper somewhere else. Thush was very knowledgeable I. The products they sell and considered my requirements well to find me a suitable product for a good price.

I decided to buy it from there instead of shopping around for cheaper, simply because of the excellent customer service. Thank you Thush. Much appreciated.

Got tricked by promise of price match into coming in store. Seems a customers trust is worth $11, hence they’ve lost me permanently. I walked out before they finished trying to explain why they are better.

A big shout out to Godfreys Hornsby for their after sales service.
Our vaccum cleaner had a blockage in the hose 4 time over the last month and each time the team took the time to clear it and double checked it before we left the store.
I'm unable to speak highly enough of the team they are professional in what they do but provide a welcome that made us feel comfortable and invited into their store.
I highly recommend Godfreys Hornsby for any vacuum cleaner repairs or sales. We'll remain long term Godfrey customers for sales and repairs.

Mr Thush WONDERFUL Service,

I have brought my vacuum just 10 minutes before closing on Easter Monday.
I was running late and Mr Thush Didn't turn me away. He Still let me inside the store.
He Didn't turn me away.

My Vacuum was not under warranty. So, Mr Thush Tried really HARD to Diagnose the problem, to save me on Maintenance costs.

He Kept on Trying things here and there, seeing why the Vacuum isn't working. And, after Few Attempts, he worked out what the Problem is.

It was a Minor problem and it was an Easy Replacement part.

So, I'm Thankful for Mr Thush 's Time and Efforts.
He stayed with me, 25 minutes after Closing hours. And, He Repaired the problem. Saving me from Trading in OR Hundreds of dollars in repairs.

I Appreciate Mr Thush.

Service sucks more than the vacuums sold here. Go to Bing Lee, they sell the same stuff and for cheaper. Includng miele vaccume bags

Great product recommendation and services
I went there to have a look at at 2-in-1 vacuum and mop. Thush showed me a few products and let me give them a try. I ended up choosing Tineco Floor One S3. The item was not readily available and Thush promised me that he would deliver the item himself on Sunday evening! The item arrived and I could not be happier. It works a lot better than I expected

Brought my vacuum cleaner in to be repaired expecting it to be away for weeks. Derek took a look straight away and had it working within minutes - even cleaning out all the gunk that had got in the way. Then he didn't charge me a thing - what a legend!

Terrible. I bought the vacuum for only 1 year and it stopped working. The staff refused to replace, refund or fix it even it is within warranty, giving excuse which I was not told when I bought it.

Very helpful staff. Lots of choices and styles. Staff knowledgeable about stock. Could demonstrate and describe models well.didn't feel hurried and could take my time looking. Love my new upright vaccum cleaner. Easy to use, empty and recharge.

Terrible customer service.heavily pregnant and left standing around for ages while one man was with a customer and another man said he was new and couldnt help me.went in to return a vacuum that had the worst suction power ever to be told I couldn't return it even with a receipt and it was still under warranty.said that the machine I picked wasn't meant to be used on a whole house hold as it loses power once the battery goes under 80%, which was never told to me when originally buying the product.he showed me the machine still "worked" as he demonstrated that it picked up half of the crumbs on the floor, leaving some behind as well.they eventually agreed to swap the product for another, but he wouldn't swap for anything in a similar price range, pushing me to spend over $100 more to get a bigger vacuum.at least the new employee was apologetic that he couldn't help me as he was new, but the other guy who was working there I know you have been there for a while, you should go take a course in customer service.

Very small store not enough variety available i was expecting a big store with some extra stuff, good thing u can bargain the price sales person agreed to give me $20 discount and was very polite and helpful

Terrible customer service! 2 male customer rep didn’t even say hello to me and reluctantly answered my questions which I had for the product. I bought the backpack vacuum because I broke it today morning. Otherwise I won’t ever ever buy from them or come back to this shop at all. Don’t expect customer service from there

Absolutely dreadful. Staff sold us a faulty product, and when we attempted to return it, refused to believe is, saying there was a blockage, which was not true. Even after the manager tried to clear the non existent blockage and then demonstrate the vacuum was not working in failed in front of us. He then continued to act aggressively and rudely, refuse to authorise a refund. At no point did he act professionally or politely, but showed his complete lack of interest in the customer. On attempting to escalate the problem the area manager proceeded to try and built my wife into taking in store credit. This company seems to think that it can behave like a monopoly, test it's customers like dirty and get away with it. I highly recommend avoiding them and looking to the far superior prices, products and customer service from online retailers, who actually behave the way a business should.
