6HORRIBLE customer service. AWFul management - unethical, unprofessional and arrogant. Uninformed & awful policies. Worst retail experience of my life, hands down.
Got new shorts after first wash all stitches & colour comes off l tried to call at store. I explain them all issue, customer service girl told me manager will contact me soon from last few weeks still waiting. I am sure they don’t care about customer but maybe this review will open there eyes.
Just wanted to say Thanx to Jaxon in Glue at Charlestown today. He was kool and easy to deal with and helped me with some jeans and a shirt and although I didn’t find anything I liked the look of on myself he gave a good service & I appreciate that.
Antagonist staff member whose conduct towards customers is unacceptable. Unfortunate as Glue supplies great stock.
Very helpful staff, one in particular a dark haired and skinned girl can't remember her name. Would visit again/10
Staff are super friendly and helpful there, they are always willing to help. The store has a great veriety of clothing and shoes. Although a bit pricey.
